Rude and disrespectful can be subjective. I want your real opinion but there is a line you shouldn’t cross and you should know me well enough to know where my boundaries are. Also, if he never comes with compliments, but he always criticizes, I don’t take that well. Either I never look good to him, so I am not the one for him, or he is trying to undermine my self esteem. I have had a relationship where my partner really was trying to break me down, and it almost worked, so I don’t take constant criticism lightly.
Let's not confuse keeping it real with keeping it rude. There's always a way to be honest-no matter the question, no matter the person-without being hurtful.
Just ask for what you really want. If you want compliments, ask for compliments. If you want truth, ask for the truth. They’re not always the same thing.

No...I just wore it less around him. But even last Saturday a middle part went perfectly with my outfit so ,of course, I rocked it and he actually really liked it. Point is even if they don’t like it one day they can always like it another day. And let’s not pretend we don’t prefer our man in certain outfits or with certain haircuts
