Say what you want about Jeannie but don't knock her mental strength. She has overcome so much yet she never acts like she's a victim. It's so empowering to see, this is how she stays so humble and down to earth.

I moved from my hometown to Atlanta with nothing but what could fit in my car. I worked 2 waitressing jobs and slept on the floor for 2 years. I graduated school, gave my life to Jesus, built a business, graduated grad school, got married and together we’re successful entrepreneurs still building for the Kingdom. ☝🏽

I remember at just 20 years old, trying a harder drug in college that messed me up so much, it changed me forever. It brought on anxiety, and health problems. I fell out of my friend group, I broke up with my boyfriend, and in the fall I was diagnosed with crohn's disease. I felt like my life was over. How could I be gay and have this disease and ever date or feel love again, who would want to carry my burden? I was riddled with anxiety and pain from running to the bathroom constantly, losing weight and energy. A doctor at the time said I may never be able to hold a full time job, and that I would have to stay on medication for the rest of my life. I was so fed up with my situation, being confined to my bed and the bathroom in my last year of college, that the only thing I could do was research how to get better. I did everything doctors told me not to do. I started seeing a naturopathic doctor. I focused on changing my diet, I supplemented with herbs and natural things the earth makes, not drugs that just mask pain or mask the problem. It took a while, but I started seeing results to the point where I felt like I could go out with people again, I didn't have to be afraid of where the closest bathroom was and what not. And now, a decade later, I've worked in the #1 entertainment market for TV production, I can enjoy the junk foods I like on a day off from the gym and I have an incredible body with lean muscle mass. I NEVER just blindly accept what others tell me, I question everything and do my own research. That's why when I look around right now and see an incredibly sad state this country has gotten to where people have neglected their health for so long, now they're in a position to be begging for an antidote. It's not everyone's fault though, as the way our food system works is so incredibly messed up. But if I can go from rock bottom in my health, so can you.

THIS is why I love this show. Right here. The ultimate inspiration. They hands down helped me during my depression and that sounds extremely extra I know😭 but I remember I was DEPRESSED and this show always promoted God, I was only 18-20 years old so it was a good way for me to remember strong bad bitches pray to the Lord and keep going. I’m not joking Adrienne love for Paris got me to save my money and drag myself on my bday to Paris for even just a day ( I’m from London) when I was moving anti-social.
Now I’m 100,000% better and flourishing in ways I never thought I could I can’t even believe it’s my testimony😭 i hope one day I can see a live tapping of the real or meet these girls to be able to tell them they are soo inspirational for young girls like me

Yes rock bottom can be important. I have had a number of really rough periods where I thought there was no way things would get better. But every single time I came out of it bigger and better.🙏🏾

I wouldn't say that I've hit rockbottom, but I feel restless and stressed, because of my current life situation. It's 02:00 I cannot sleep, I feel restless and I currently have heartburn because of it. I feel like I want more and to improve my life, but I can't seem to find the energy nor motivation right now to work on it. I just need time...

Every day do a little more than the day before. The smallest task or thing to improve your life even if it is one minute of your day.. and then tomorrow add one more minute, and keep adding a little bit more every day. Wether it be a walk, writing, taking a bath, eating one healthy meal.. etc. You got this! 💕

Its hard for us to change ourselves when we have no support. I think you should consider outside help, for me it is Jesus and a therapist that I recently found. But I'm praying that God sees you through this and that He will give you strength. 💕

This show has grown so much and this season feels the most authentic consistently as all of the ladies are being vulnerable and honest, which brings us as viewers in closer. We all recognise and feel real energy and stories vs. the not so real! Thank you, as vulnerability truly is a super power!
I began watching this show at 22. I'm about to be 31! I've grown so much from you all, not to mention been thoroughly entertained! My generation of 90's born babies need this show. Thank you 🤍.

This has been such a hard year for me. I had a terrible relationship that caused me to lose literally everything. This passed two months I’ve lost my grandma and a cousin I was very close to both. I’ve gained so much weight battling this depression. Now I’m starting a new job working for the state, got a new apartment for my son and I & I’m really taking my weight loss journey very serious. It won’t be easy but I’m excited for a fresh beginning. Although I am still sad about my losses I’m grateful I havetwo extra angels watching over me
