This is 20 min Lazy girl/Low energy workout. This is a great routine to do on those unmotivated days, days on your period, or when you have low energy. This routine includes Pilates inspired and strength moves, requires no equipment, no repeat and should feel great! If you'd like to intensify, you can add weights for the arm workout.

Hi Rachel. I just finished one of your 28 day Wall Pilates Challenge on yesterday and I can feel a difference in my body. I have a really bad back injury from childhood and was looking for something that would help with strengthening my core and over all muscles in my body. I use to be a athlete in high school and college so working out was never an issue for me but as I have aged and having one child over the years my body isn’t the same and I needed something that would help me to stay out of pain and continue to look good in anything I wear. I have to say that I am so grateful for you making the time to post all these workouts on RUclips for any one of us to do in the comfort of our homes. I tried this workout after the challenge for I still want to continue with this as a regular routine in my daily life. This video was a good one to do after the challenge and it was not a lazy routine at all for I still felt like I did a workout 😂. Thank you so much for doing this and for educating us on what this can do for our body’s and minds and confidence as women. I will be continuing with your workouts so please keep them coming, I love them.

This workout is definitely better than doing nothing. It lets your body know, "Hey even though I am feeling a little worn out, I can still squeeze in a little time to take care of you." Thank you, Rachel!

Day 11 and 2 miles of walking completed of the 30 day challenge. This was a great cool down workout. I still felt the burn and relaxation at the same time. Exactly what I needed. Truly a great workout. Ty Rachel 💪🏽💜

This was perfect! I lack motivation on weekends to get a workout in.. Your version of the 'lazy girl' workout still engaged to core which is so important to me, and still made my glutes burn. I'd be lying if I said my hip didn't make a horribly loud popping sound when I started the side lying leg raises 😅

I’ve only done this work out four days in a row this week, but I am already feeling like my tummy is getting tighter. I haven’t done Pilates for over 15 years and this is a great refresher work out to see what I can still do. I’m grateful to have found Rachel’s videos to get me in shape again. can you do another lazy one that is a little more stretching and gentle like hip rolls, maybe more like 15min? i was thinking this could be my period workout but it's still be bit too active for me.
sure! im making some longer workouts first but ill add that to my list of videos to make :)
