Based on what I want from my 2018 ecoboost, this fits the bill perfectly. I already replaced the 2.25” exhaust after the downpipe to 2.5”, with a. K&N drop in filter w/the stock air box. It made noticeable change in how the car felt when driving it, but I wanted to realize the gains you can only get with improved intake flow and a tune.
The Cobb accessport and CAI included in the Stage 1 plus combination was priced within my budget, so I bought it today. I can’t wait to feel the difference this one mod will undoubtedly make. Thanks Bill for another detailed, informative video.

UPDATE: I finally installed the Cobb stage 1+ kit. The CAI fit perfectly, and install was pretty straight forward.
Next, the stage 1 OTS tune. It went fairly quickly. Even the backing up of the stock tune to the accessport only took 15-20 minutes. The accessport installed the stage 1+ tune for 91 octane even faster than the backing up of the stock tune.
After completing install, I started the car up - man, the combination of the Cobb CAI and the tune really opened up the turbo noises, in a good way.
But the best part was when I took it on a test drive to fill up my tank. The car picked up more turbo noise, and you can really hear the whoosh of air getting sucked into the throttle body. The throttle feel is lighter, and the Mustang acts like it woke up, i.e., it takes less pedal to get the car scooting, and I now stay one gear lower than with stock tune. Overall, in very satisfied with the product.

Thank you Bill and Cj’s. This install made this car so much more fun to drive. I immediately felt a difference. More responsive and like you said the power doesn’t fall flat after 4k rpm’s. Amazing job and it looks amazing. You rock Bill

Hey, love the video man. There angles and step-by-step was perfect. I do have a question though (I haven't read the comments but maybe I'll find the answer there). I just want to remove the limiter, I live in Germany where the speed limits are uncapped. With the Mustang, it limits me to 120mph while my Audi is 130mph. I can't let the Stang lose, so.. do I need to upgrade it with this whole kit, or can I just use the Cobb interface to remove the limiter? Thank in advance!
