To him, his tears stem from him foolishly believing the judge is giving him praise on how he’s conducting himself. In reality, she is putting on record that he has the ability to conform to basic courtroom etiquette and his ability to successfully represent himself. Again, removing any doubt that his choice to represent himself was made deliberately, voluntarily, competently, and coherently.

We are all humans with certain necessities, and one of the very basic needs is to be loved and cared for by our parents. He seems lost and afraid. It's so sad that this happens to people and the result can look just like this child locked in a man's body. It can be so hard to get to compassion with a person who has done these kinds of monstrous acts and behaves in this way but it's very important to try. It does not mean condoning such behaviours and there must be external means of containment when a person cannot regulate themselves. I had an NDE where I saw that none of us is ever judged, punished or left behind. We are ALL received at death with complete and total compassionate acceptance and unconditional love for it is who we all are at the core of our true beings. Some just get so disconnected and covered by darkness that they completely forget the light that is there and it leads to what is called evil, though it is not ultimately real in ultimate reality.

    Wow... That was tough to watch. Just as a human being, becoming so moved by something complimentary. This does not change the facts of the case, and I'm not saying he's not an evil man. He is... Clearly, there are issues that run so deep, I don't think he'll ever find redemption. I think he'll likely stay angry, bitter, and hateful. But, what I think doesn't set his fate.

  • @Adrasdea

    He raised the motion the other day because if he was positive for covid they could halt the trial for 10 days he thinks.
    That gives him 10 more days to make up more schemes to stall some more.
    He knows the test was negative that's why he doesn't want to read the results even though he's the one that demanded the test and demanded the covid situation be acknowledged in his case once he got the results and realized that they were not going to help him he no longer wanted to talk about it.
    The problem here is because he raised the situation the judge has to fully examine it otherwise later the case could be thrown out for the judge not finalizing this request that he made
    That's why it's such a big deal for both of them it was a big deal for her because if she doesn't finalize this situation it could come back later and cause him to have a whole new trial where he does all of these antics to a whole other judge.
    This judge is smart she's not playing his games she's getting her stuff done in a way that he's not going to be able to say later that she was unfair or that she didn't finish anything

Victims and their families could also find some solace in it.

    I can’t stand how much she praises him for simply following the rules of the court at times. If I’m a family member of a victim this would run right through me. She has absolutely no reason to stand up there and tell the court how well behaved he was and how articulate he is. You don’t praise someone for simply doing what he’s supposed to be doing. She would never do that with any other lawyer and rightfully so! I mean come on, oh he’s been semi well behaved for about an hour of the many hours of the trail so far so let’s tell him and everyone in the courtroom or watching at home he deserves to be commended. I swear I think she has a crush on him. I hope the families call her ass out on this crap. It’s a huge slap in the face for them.

    • @1trumantucker1
      @1trumantucker1 Год назад +5

      There's a reason she's doing it- she is intentionally stating these things for the record so that his motion to appeal the verdict will be denied. The judge is going out of her way to make positive statements for the record to show that he has been given a fair trial. There's a strategy involved with what she is doing.

    • @AK13133
      @AK13133 Год назад +3

      @@1trumantucker1 that doesn’t make any sense. Again HE decided to rep himself so from that point forward he is on his own. That doesn’t make any judge responsible for walking them through the process of law and procedure. And it DEFINITELY does not require her to talk about how well behaved he has been. There is absolutely no reason you can give me that will justify why she stood up there for 15 minutes saying how well he had been for a couple hours that day. That’s complete bs and it will have no bearing whatsoever on him being able to appeal a verdict. When have you ever heard a defense lawyer or a defendant rep’ing himself bring up the judge not praising them enough or not giving them a law lesson throughout the trial and therefore they have a leg to stand on during an appeal?!?! It just doesn’t happen because it’s not supposed to. A judge is not there to tell a defendant how smart and articulate they are. In fact I would say that she could be accused of being biased in his favor and that is a smack in the face to the families. You truly can’t believe that her talking about how well he had done that day in court will work against him in an appeal! That simply isn’t true and is completely unnecessary for her to do. She’s been extremely fair to him and given him way more leeway then most would when it comes to letting him rambling and ask dumb questions over and over. That on its own is all she has to do with him to ensure he gets a fair trial, and he should be given a fair trial. That does not require her to tell the world he’s the smartest man she’s ever seen. It’s a joke.
