Winner winner chicken dinner! Good motor.
i made a plate that bolts on where the intake manifold bolts on and put 3 holes for adjustment kinda like those universal carb engine pulling plates this way the boom of the engine hoist is low enough to go under the cowl makes going in a lot easier
Great job guys! Working in this heat is draining to put it mildly. Please be as careful as possible working in it. Thank you for the update.
You really banged that one out, Al ! Since yer truck sees severe duty, I recommend a bottle of Engine Restore with the oil change.
Great job, well done guys. That heat is just miserable.
Where are you located?
👍🏻🇦🇺cold here in Tasmania you will get it guys 👍🏻.
Not bad. Only took you 15 minutes to pull old motor and fire up new one 👍🏻
With great editing power, comes great responsibility!
Right..lol
Dang man I thought you rebuilt the old engine before. New one sounds good
I did… 50,000 later she started to get a rattle. These work trucks get used and abuse a lot.
Good job she sounds great
Please show us the Dorman part #s. Thanks.
Are you going to use the part of the engine for the lark
No sir… the one for the lark is one out of a 2010 .
