Anytime you can preserve a part against further decline is not a waste of time. At the very least it gives you a better substrate in which to tailor. Killer.

Glad you went with that dash. Stuff happens and nothing a little fab work and paint won't fix. If you had time you could take that swept back section of the dash that you're cutting off and fab it into the door. Thank you for sharing.

That's a bummer, it looks great ! I wonder if you could fill in the side areas after cutting with foam and blend in ,so it appears an extension of top of dash pad?

I did the same thing with one of my wheels. I assumed it was the right bolt pattern got the tire mounted and it didn’t fit

Young fella scared oo sparks good to see he is looking after himself just few suggestions (spent years building rally cars in Australia) youalso had to run also h 11:52 als 11:52 should have put the spreder down to the top of tailshaft hump and then put in a crossbrace thay we're compulsory in rallying out here we also had to have afront hoop.i fucked this up a bit hope you can make sence of it😂😂😂😂p😅

I think everyone wants to see the Lark, in any condition. Gear heads will be impressed with what you've done already. Modifying a stock dash is that extra effort that matches the rest of the build. 👍
