Nice mobile setup. "If you cruise it, your less likely to lose it." Good coax and antenna setup with low SWR, and you will be keeping up with the Big Dogs! Click, Click. 😑🦗
I wish so bad you worked on strykers I have a 955 with a amp built into it some got it all hacked and there’s no shops around me to get it set right where it won’t talk on 11 channels lol
On a radio like this where it shows the band as well as the channel can you go to other bands or are you limited to the 40 channels? Sorry if this is a dumb question but one of my hunting clubs we use cb’s and a new club I joined they use two ways. Just curious if I could get a radio like this and get away with having one radio
How much do you charge to tune up a 959? I haven't had a radio in years, my last radio was a dx99v and a Dave made linear amp, but I'm looking to get my radio tuned
40 watts up by 12db equals nearly 650 watts.well well above what 4 of these pills will do.this amp must have a input attenuator.10 watts of drive would be too much drive for a 454.🙂
Great looking setup, and it should be a performer... Nice work Matt👍, and congrats Matthew..👏
Very cool set up, love the remote. Sounds awesome. Should last a long time. Good luck with it Matthew.

Hey, I have a question which is better a 3 foot jumper or a 6 foot jumper when using an amplifier? I wish you would do a video on it.
How much do you charge to tune up a 959? I haven't had a radio in years, my last radio was a dx99v and a Dave made linear amp, but I'm looking to get my radio tuned
Nice,thanks for average
How many watts can you expect to see out of the 6x454 and what can it handle for an input?
I'll let you know when I test it.
@@TheRadioGarage thanks. Looking forward to seeing what it will do. I’m interested in the RCI X9 and a good amp and power supply to go with it.
Sounds good. Should definitely not have an issue handling a X9 though.
Man thats a hoss. With that amp, what kinda watts could it actually handle?
It could handle 80 watts peak drive. I know guys running Stryker 955's and similar into them and seeing some really good numbers.
Oh okay inwas thinking my 959 lmbo
Want see the 2x8 video looking for a 2x8
What kind of price you looking for one of them bad mamba jamba Amps?

I'm looking to buy a Cobra 148. That would be peak and tune for distance and power. Would you happen to have one, bro?
No I don't have any for sale
That unit sounds great.
