    Db curl/press 20lbs. Bulgarian squats/lat raises 10lbs. Deadlift/row 30lbs. Floor press/skull 30lbs. Woodchops 20lbs. 4 rounds in 36:33. This workout is no joke. The split squat/ lat raise is brutal!! Can’t use same weight on all exercises.

    Day 23 sent! James workouts are my fav! Took me nearly 45 minutes with a 7 minute warm up! Needed a bit more rest of the 4 th circuit the Bulgarian lunges / lay raises were toughest for me! Hard to believe I’ve been doing workouts every day for 3 weeks🤯

    Hey thanks for the workout. At first glance and even after round one; it didn't seem like it would be challenging. Boy was I wrong. By end of round 3 I was pushed to my limits but I was pumped and ready for round 4. I'm 64 and started lifting about 6 months ago and am so grateful for your training videos. Looking forward to completing the rest. A new loyal subscriber!

    Day 23 is gonna be on hold. I am still down and out. Probably will be back Saturday. To finish out the 28 day program. I was not expecting to be on the I.R.
    My wife and i are excited to finish the 28 day program and see what else yall come up with. 3 weddings in 2022! I need to look good for my wife!! Giggity

    I am 63 years young. Did it in 41 minutes. 😊Great workout. I have one question, on exercises 2 and 5, do you do 15 reps on each side in one round (30 total/round) or do you alternate sides with each round.

    I do workout on my building terrace along with cardio. Any substitute for Dumbbell Floor Press + Skullcrusher. As I can't lie down on the floor. Thanks from India.

      If you have a bench on your terrace, you perform this exercise on the bench. Otherwise, lay a towel down on the ground and perform the exercise.

    Hey guys amazing workouts, I have been following most of the total body metabolism booster workouts. But here's the thing, do I need to take a day off each time I do these circuits ? Or can I do these every day??

      Eventually, every body needs a bit of rest. If you want to go a few days in a row, go for it. But don't be afraid to take a day off once or twice a week.

    Day 23 completed: 💪🏻 absolutely love this 28 day challenge. Btw, who’s been responding on this channel? Curious if it’s one of the trainers, or just someone helping out!
    Have a question though. Do you have a nutrition plan for a month I can try and follow? I got that first one but to eat that straight for 28 days I feel might be boring. Or is that something I should try and push for? Either way love this glad I stumbled across it!

      "I got that first one but to eat that straight for 28 days." ... this would have been a *sample* plan for a day. However, it's very easy to make use of spices and calorie-free condiments to switch it up. Also, keep in mind... Do you want to use a calorie counter everyday - eating all the time in your day, where you can be doing something else with your valuable time? Or, do you want a simple approach that is easy to manage, in which it is also very easy to see what is working and what's not?
      Keep it simple. Keeping it simple, is easier to adhere. 👍

    i am going to be starting to workout now i am 37 now but i usually fatigue and tired even when i sleep for 8 hours like i always want to nap and have no energy blue star can you all recommend a stack or something to start with i would greatly appreciate it

      Should always consult a doctor/physician prior to making any diet/training or supplement changes. But following the workouts on the channel will be a great start to get your body moving and improve bloodflow, circulation and natural energy.     LOVE this workout! Turned 50 in March, and James' physique is the model to which I'm striving to mirror. Outstanding video, and my continued thanks to the BSN crew for putting out these much appreciated videos.
    Incidentally, any chance of a faster Fat Loss workout with sandbags? I have a 40 lb. one and have a few routines I do, but I'd love to see a Full-Body circuit from Blue Star Neutraceuticals.

      Yes, exactly. So it's best if you do this either after your strength training workout or split them up and do them at a separate time of day/ separate days of the week to ensure you're not negatively impacting your strength training sessions.

    I do ur 3 different faster fat loss workouts 3 days and again repeat the same for the next 3days.
    Doing each workout twice a week.

      You can, if you find you're able to recover well enough to give it your all on following days. May be better off spacing it out and doing it every other day throughout the week. See what works best for you.

      This workout is can replace cardio Antonia. You should train each part of the body 3-5 days per week and can perform this workout after your regular strength training workouts.

    Ive been following your workouts now for about 4 months now. Ive done alot of your workouts awsome job!! Love the Vids. But this one here,is bar none the toughest out of all your workouts. I couldnt make 4 rounds. No way outta gas lol... Between my body saying WTF is this and me wanting to die theres no way I could push 4. Exercise 2 Bulgarian split squat. No way could I use 20s on that. I actually had to use 2lb weights to get proper form lol... I thought I was getting in good shape guess I was wrong? lol... Na theres all kinds of different cardio. You may be great at 1 but real bad on another. I really do love this workout though and Im gonna stick to it until I knockout 4 rounds with ease. Thanks for all your vids.
