I was about to try.. then i saw the ingredients - soybean oil, sunflower oil, natural flavors, maltodextrin, tapioca dextrin, modified corn starch.. and ton of salt.. sad its 2024 why we care for our heath and still eat this.. sometimes convenience isn't worth it.

They are really good. There are other companies like Eat Clean Bro, but I believe they are more expensive and I know the people at FlexPro. Customer service has always been top notch.
The meatballs and dumplings are probably my favorite meal

What's up Big Stevie Cool! I searched Flex Pro meals reviews because I just ordered for the first time and the first thing I saw on the search results. I thought to myself is that Stevie Richards? Anyway I ordered 10 meals. I'm looking to loose body fat. I'm hoping to loose 30 pounds. The meals look good but what concerns me now is the high sodium. Over 1,000 grams of sodium is waay to much for 1 meal! Should I be concerned for the high sodium?

Yep don’t do it. They told me I wasn’t allowed to cancel because I hadn’t actually had the time to try the meals yet

Wow. The sodium in the first meal puts it out of reach for anyone that cares about their blood pressure. I will say though, HIGH sodium must be expected for this kind of food.
Holy smokes the sodium content on these are crazy.
I will be uploading a review on the QuickFresh brand very soon. I believe their sodium content is lower.

Food has a very high amount of sodium (1500 to 1800+ per meal!. They make it very hard to cancel subscription. Stay away!!!
One thing to keep in mind: many of those meals have 30+ grams of fat. You could easily cut half or more of the fat out and double the food volume.
So the calorie to size on these meals is kind of misleading
Those are the bulks meals but fat is good for you and your body needs fats

Don't order from here. It is unappetizing, and when I got my first order, it looked like they just threw it in the container. Please don't base your order on the pictures because they absolutely look nothing like what they have on their website. I ordered the BBQ Pit Master Combo. It looked like a lump of solid brownness. Nothing appealing about it. I ordered the Chicken Penne Rosa, which had some weird taste to the sauce I had to throw it away.
When I emailed them to cancel my order, this is what one of their esteemed Retention Team Leads, Jessica, told me (I hate to hear you cannot honor your commitment that you signed up for.) Really this is supposed to be a professional company?? Stay far away from this scam of a meal prep company.
Dude they told me I wasn’t allowed to cancel because I hadn’t had the chance to actually try the meals yet. I just wanted to get a week to try it! She made me pause my account for a few weeks and told me to call back to cancel after that. How did you get them to actually do it?
@@landon_wilkinson I just emailed them. Told them to cancel it. That their meals suck, I sent them photos of the way my meals came. Half were defrosted.

Honestly food is decent. Customer support is non existent. I’ve been trying to cancel for two weeks and no response. Flex pro Meals can do better. I can honestly say I would go with another company.
Same they finally called me and told me THEY weren’t going to ALLOW me to cancel because I hadn’t actually had the chance to try the food yet… WTH!!

@@landon_wilkinson yes I had to get in contact with the Chatbot and constant back in forth with different numbers.
@@landon_wilkinson I've learned to never sign up to a meal plan with a real credit card.... I use virtual credit cards. Super easy to kill any of them and I can even set a date or a dollar limit. Anyway what I would recommend to fix your issue is call your credit card company and ask them to kill the card and send you another. It won't cost you a dime and now you don't have to worry about FlexPro at all.... Check your statement for last month and make sure you don't miss any other automatic payments that were using the old card

These meals are horrible for you. Most meals have your entire daily sodium intake in just the one meal. There was a news story on them for breaking many regulations such as using expired meat and milk weeks past expiration. Look past the protein, carbs, fats, and calories and do some real research.

@@SammyalqattanYou misunderstand. I wanted to try the food. But I only wanted one week worth. The fact doesn’t change that they aren’t allowed to deny a cancellation due to me not trying to food yet. They’re scammers and even after I tried it they came up with multiple excuses and flat out told me no. Eventually I told them I’d tell my credit card to mark them as fraud and then they rudely canceled.
