I met my husband online when we were both in out 50's , you just have to be real good at swiping past the fakers. Here in TV at least there are lots of people our age.
Just watched your interview with Paul. I think a great idea to meet would be to have a singles cookout with games every one can participate in like cornhole, croquet or jenga. All easy games that would allow conversation. You could have mixed pair competitions. Mix in some food and drink and it could be a wonderful afternoon in a relaxed atmosphere.
I would love to but it will be 12-18 months before I can move down to The Villages. I’m the meantime I am trying my best to schedule another lifestyle visit before I make the permanent move.

So I’m trying to catch up to the learning curve by watching some videos. I think Paul was a great person to interview because he is straightforward and genuine. Just watching this for the first time! I’m now wondering if he met someone already? I bet it’s an interesting adventure being single and trying to meet/ date people in a community like the Villages.
He seems like a real nice guy and I know many women would like to go out with him but it is time for him to get out of his comfort zone. If he sees a woman in the square that looks interesting to him, time to go over and make conversation. Even if a few reject you before one says yes , it won’t kill you. Women are attracted to confidence and life starts after your comfort zone.
I’m closing on a home next week in Lake Denham. But I won’t be able to move in right away. Do I need to be concerned about the neighborhood becoming established and clicks forming before I arrive mid summer?
Hi! i live in Lake Denham and I would say that friendships are various stages here in Lake Denham. Some are formed but i have found it pretty welcoming and easy to Be included! Just be friendly and join things! Many are in your exact situation.

I think there are a few dating or singles clubs in The Villages on Facebook. I don’t organize a Dating in The Villages group but someone probably should! If you search on FB, you will find many of them…
