Christine, You should do a “Ladies of the Starter Shack” ☝🏻 😂 … share stories you hear from the Villages golf courses (since golf is such a big part of the lifestyle here) Loved Tina’s interview with the golf pro 👏🏻 Along that line, you could do an episode on the fun and unusual activities that go on in the Villages. For example, I’m amazed how many people don’t know what Cardio Drumming is (and it’s HUGE here). My wife had to get to Ezell early because they have limited space (for 60 people). She was there almost an hour early this morning and she & our neighbor were #58 & #59. Those who arrived after her got turned away 😮 But there are many other unique activities available here. You can interview someone in the know ☝🏻 Oh, and I was informed this morning they’re removing the credit card machines from the executive courses (it’ll be cash only) 😩 … for guests, trail pass, etc As always, good stuff 👍🏻 keep up the good work. p.s. Didn’t know FMK ended their loyalty program until we ate at Harvest the past weekend and were told 🤷🏼‍♂️

Dating at any age means you have to “shop in your own show room.” If you’re overweight and ungroomed, don’t be looking for someone who’s physically fit and put together. If you wanna date, get in your best form possible. Looks, first impressions, etc. do matter.

Loved this interview. Morgan, I pray you can actually prepare a proposal for the monorail system. That would be sooooo amazing. I'd love the fast train to airport, too. Let's see if these ideas can 'set root' here and grow. ☺️🙏☺️

We took our golf cart from Dabney all the way to Spanish Springs and back. It was fun!!

That’s what I noticed as well, no one wears black in TV. I wore primarily black in Ohio. Scraped those for sure.

I so agree with something to go from square to square. I never thought about a monorail but that is a great idea! Sounds like an E ticket at Disneyland for those old enough to remember that.

I find his voice so appealing and almost calming. Could listen to him all day.
