I’m at 10% tinnitus and 30% migraine. I’ve been seen by neurologist because my migraines are more frequent and prostrating. I mentioned that my tinnitus aggravates the migraines. Would that be reason for increase?

Hey Devil….. If you were 80%(78 rounded up) and had put in an additional claim for secondary’s and got service connected for a few and denied on a few…. And reduced on an increase for Lumbosacral strain, compressed discs with degenerative arthritis that has gotten worse not better (from 40% to 20%), while getting upgraded to 90% (87)… Depression was given a 50%, even with suicidal thoughts…Should I request a higher level review… on those two or let it go? Sorry, to ask, but I’m conflicted. I’m grateful to the VA for the help and confirmation…. But feel the 50 should be a 70 and the 20 should be at least what it was at 40%. Curious if you would just let it go, or request the Higher Review?

If the VA rounds up, don’t we only need to get to 95,96% to get the 100% payment?

The VA ( imo) wants to make it as hard as possible to obtain 100%, my battle has waged for a few years now and reading the horror stories of people that are fighting as well. I guess I gotta get crooked like the system

Hey! I’m currently going to meps tomorrow not picking a job but on the air force path. Part of me constantly is pulling me into the marine field everytime I think about the military. Partially bc my grandfather was a master gunny flew helicopters and got to explore this world. I want that, I feel like the air force might be to much of a chill place for me. I want to fly explore see the world use guns and be in the field. A couple questions I have for you.
Is it possible to transfer from the USMC to the USAF (viseversa) if so how hard would it be. And as a 20 man how do I go about picking a career in aviation and get to be a pilot one day

If you go Air Force and then want to transfer over to the Marine Corps after your 4 years, you’ll have to go through Marine Corps Basic Training. I’d go Marines first, then you can just transfer over to Air Force if that’s what you want to do.
To become a pilot, I’m not sure but almost positive you’d have to go get your degree and commission as an officer.

I did my 4 years in the Corps. When I was out I stopped by a Air Force recruiter and asked if I could join. They told me that they would never take a Marine into the Air Force because we are to brainwashed. In my opinion, if you want to join the Air Force, first ask a AF recruiter if it’s possible to join the AF after being in the Marines. Good luck
