Great vid I never realized just how worth it, it can be to make your own pizza till I tried it a few years ago. Gotta pick me up a pizza stone too.
The dough is ready when it doubles its size. In fridge maybe its 5 days, but when in warm place it takes an hour or maybe two.
No need to wait that much. :)

That looks fantastic... what a easy way to meal prep on a Sunday night for a friday pizza. A kitchen scale is a MUST around here. My coffee beans get weighed out and I make soap. Now that I am going to make a batch of lotion... well I went and bought a micro scale for weighing out my preservative. I will try this one... BTW I LOVE that you didn't put vegan cheese on it. I personally like mushrooms, olives, peppers and pineapple on mine. ***waits for the pizza police to get here*** :D
Hahaha... I can take it! The coffee police like me just fine. Roasting your own beans.... now that is tricky stuff.... but fun!
I find older vegans more impactful since we get to see such a difference in their health
