Love watching your videos and I absolutely love that you are bringing light to our God given blessing being our husbands help mate and creating our home economy. I love that my children have witnessed this in our home and your children will be blessed to see that in your home as well. God bless
I just found your channel yesterday, and I love your videos and that you share your faith and glorify God. Your view on the wife being the helper of her husband and homemaker has blessed me so much. I became a homemaker after resigning from my job after having my baby girl. My husband asked me to resign and after about three or four months I did. Just this year I’m starting to enjoy homemaking more. Now, after watching your videos I feel validated and at peace about being a homemaker and wanting to help my husband with what he needs. I’m so excited about home making and helping my husband now. He and his friend are co-owners of Blessed Hands Barbershop. God bless you and your family! 🙏🏽
Hi, I found your channel not too long ago and I love it! I recommend you get a tortilla press, I've been making tortillas since I was little and I wish I had a press back then. It's quicker and easier, gives you a consistent size, and it saves your palms and back from pain. It shouldn't be expensive, maybe 30 dollars at most, but it's made of stone, it's durable, easy to clean, and if you're like me It'll be used almost everyday.
Yayy, thank Amber, I will do this! I tried recording a hair video and it ended up being over 30 minutes long! hahaha I never posted because I felt I was rambling, so I'll try again!
I bake and freeze large batches of meatballs, too! I make bulk meatloaf (my guys love meatloaf) by shaping the loaves on a wax paper covered sheet pan (I haven’t tried parchment for freezing, don’t know if meat would stick) then freeze. Once solid, I peel them off the pan and wrap them individually for freezing. I thaw before baking, and top with a mixture of ketchup and Worcestershire sauce before baking. Freezer meals are so convenient and getting multiple meals from one mess is great! When I do a ground meat prep session, I do the meatballs first, then use the same bowl to mix meatloaf. They use some of the same ingredients, like chopped onions, so I dice a big batch with my food processor. I pressure can my homemade chicken broth. Than you for sharing your day with us, Kelli!
Really enjoying binge-watching your videos. Maybe I missed the recipe for your flatbread but are you willing to share it with me please.? It looks incredible. Thank you in advance........😊😊
Thank you for this video. I'm a new subscriber and it was verry inspiring. Do you have any books you would recommend that have helped you on your from scratch journey?
I'm so glad, thanks Olivia. Hmm, let me think on this... I think what really got me going was buying only ingredients and so I had no other option but to learn how to make things with them! The internet has helped a lot. Jill Winger's cookbook is wonderful as well.
Nancy's full fat Greek yogurt makes THE BEST starter :) (Azure carries it.) I gently heat the milk in a pan instead of in the jars in the pan. I add the yogurt to the quart jars first and allow it to come to room temp while the milk is pasturizing and cooling. I then use my Excalibur dehydrator and set it just a little lower than the yogurt setting. I find that on my model (a pretty old one) the yogurt setting is about 5⁰ too high. Easy peasy!! For tortilla shaping - I like to shape by hand first, and then finish off with a rolling pin. I turn it almost 90⁰ after every roll. I then place the cooked tortillas in a damp flour sack towel that's inside a ziploc freezer bag or a reusable silicone / stasher bag. I enjoyed the video 😊 Blessings, Joanne in SW MO
This was a very calm and relaxing video to watch. I’ve been making ice tea too but inside and with tea bags. I’m hoping to continue gathering some recipe ideas and preparing for next years garden with tea and other medicinal herbal products in mind. I really appreciate the cosmetic feedback from Toups & Co. I wanted to order from them but was discouraged by the price. It is helpful to know that it lasts so long. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you Cheryl! And yes, that will be so nice to have a medicinal herb garden for your teas, what a blessing. And whew, I agree with you on the price... it is discouraging. I've had a cart of things only to cancel many times because I couldn't justify the spend. I only buy with a sale or the coupon. All that being said, I have been impressed by how long the products last. I'll do a full video review of the makeup I have and my thoughts on them if that's helpful!
Kelli, I loved your video! I’ve never watched before. Where did you get your glass funnel? I desperately wanted to grow potatoes this year, but didn’t get to do it. Have you shared that process in another video? I know you said you follow Jill Winger. Did you use store bought potatoes or order potato plants? Being home is a joy and a blessing. Thank you for highlighting that value.
Hi Kelli! I'm pretty sure I've heard you mention a healthy marshmallow recipe that you make...not sure which video that was now, but could you share that recipe?! Maybe it was a healthy rice krispie treat recipe.... That's what I'm searching for to make as a travel snack. Love the green rooibos tea I ordered a couple of months back! I'm into the 2nd bag now and will need to reorder soon. I appreciate you and your videos so much (Scott too)!! Bless you, Jennifer
Hi Jennifer!! I'm so glad to hear you like the rooibos, thank you! And yes, the recipe I semi-follow is this one: againstallgrain.com/2018/02/05/homemade-gluten-free-marshmallows/ I usually do about 3/4 cup of maple syrup, instead of 1 cup of honey. And I never boil my sugar water for as long as she says, although it still does feel like a long time! I hope this is helpful! And that you have a wonderful trip!!
I use to work for mychelle. I loved their vitamin C serum I miss getting free vitamin C. Mychelle vitamin C serum is superior to mad hippie brand. They use L-ascorbic acid which is the most potent type of vitamin C for skin care and my memory is a little blurry but mad hippie uses the second best vitamin C .
Wow, thank you so much that is so good to know! They had a few others on last sale, I think I'll go back and get them next week. That is so cool they'd give you free products! That is so good to know!
Love this kelli! Miss you on insta but I’m sure life is better not being on there. Strawberry sun tea looks delish I’ll try that next time I have end bits. Wish I could come sip tea and walk around your garden with you. Hope you and Scott are well ❤
Natasha!! It is SOO good to hear from you! I think of you often!! I know, it is the downside of not being on instagram is those of you that I just love seeing your day to day life! I hope you guys have had a nice summer so far and that your dome garden is thriving. And wouldn't that be lovely just to hang out in real life... I would love that, maybe some day🙏🏻
I love watching your videos, they inspire me to live a purposeful life for God & be a helpmeet to my husband. I've just started getting into sourdough a few months ago & I'm wanting to start using Einkorn flour & wheat berries. Have you any experience? If so, I would love to see a video. I don't have a mill yet, but I'm hoping to purchase one soon! ❤
Very enjoyable and inspiring!
LOVED this video!!!😊❤
What a lovely day. ❣️
Thank you Barb, God bless you!

Thank you Crystal!! Amen, God bless you and your household!
Beautiful video. I was so distracted by the quilt In the background of the beginning 😍
Haha yess, it is my favorite! Often I'll just pause whatever I'm doing and look at the patterns of fabric because it is so beautiful!

What a great testimony, I'm so excited for you! And how cool your husband and his friend own their own business! What a blessing, God bless you guys!
Thank you for the tortilla recipe! I've wondered how to make them without a tortilla press.
Yes, the plates work perfectly!!
Beautiful video Kelly, thank you! I love seeing your day in the life videos, so inspiring!
Very enjoyable indeed!! ☺️ God bless you!! 💗

Thank you so much! I've never seen stone ones, that sounds amazing. I will look for one =)
Yes please a makeup video! And maybe how you care for your hair too? A Kelli beauty video! :)
Yayy, thank Amber, I will do this! I tried recording a hair video and it ended up being over 30 minutes long! hahaha I never posted because I felt I was rambling, so I'll try again!
@@homewithkelli that length doesn’t even sound bad! lol I think we will all enjoy it! :)
I agree - please do both!
I love toups and co! I use their sweet girl tallow on my face and neck. May try the makeup now.
Ooo lovely! I'll do a video on the makeup I have and my thoughts on the items, that may be helpful!
Love your content. Thanks for sharing.❤
Thank you Jenny! God bless you!
Have you tried roasting your strawberries before adding to your ice cream mixture? It is my absolute favorite!
Another beautiful video! I love what you said about not comparing lives. Your video is indeed inspiring. I watched it while I did my ironing!

Have you ever looked into the effects of stevia on fertility? I would highly recommend it. Thank you for the video. I really enjoyed it.

I absolutely love watching your videos so inspiring ❤️ I got 2 cast iron skillets now ❤❤
Thank you so much, I'm so glad! Did you get the cast irons from hi bid!?
❤
The link for the Mad Hippie serum doesn’t appear to be the right one. Do you have another link for that?
Thanks
