Me who’s been using aquasoil in my cherry chrimp colony. The shrimp can acclimate to any water parameters as long as those parameters are stable. Trying to chase parameters is what kills shrimp. Also, in my experience your guesstimate is wayy off. Thought i had around 250 shrimp. Counted every one and ended up with well over 300 and i gave up counting after that.
Interesting, I’ve seen WAY more people struggle using aquasoil than those with inert substrate. I’m sure it can work, I just prefer sand or something like that. I hope so I love them I want 1000 more
Great video, man. Thanks for sharing it
Thanks for watching!
Honestly, 1000 shrimp can live in a 20g tank. Because I've done it. Thanks for the cool video.

I like your videos bro
THANK YOU
would you trust American reptile disrupter cause i might get a turtle from there but i had to ask the man
Absolutely not.
The shrimp pron is so fucking funny I'm just going to be real. And a KLR Productions short made it worse because aaaaàaaaaaaààaaä.
I tried to breed ghost shrimp in my betta tanks for turtle snacks, but my bettas killed them all. I switched to snails.
Can i feed them to my turtles
I want to get into shrimp keeping, and this kind of content isn't helping with my impulsiveness.
Just keep up with water changes and you’re chilling
I've actually never had to do a water change n I've had one tank for 9 months n the others for 3 months n everyone's doing fine. Still testing though
Hey, id love to have shrimp one day, just to settle my nerves, is there anything else to worry about forming in the tank other than the anemone you mentioned? I'm so inexperienced I worry there will be something in my tank that is a huge red flag but I won't know and won't catch it in time. Great video!
Nothing crazy to worry about except hydra, planaria, or fungus on the underside of the shrimp. That’s about it!!!
This is so helpful im new to shrimp tanks
Also question if anyone can help ive had my turtle for 5 years shes a snapper pretty sure shes nesting under my porch shes secure under there but I'm not sure if i should just leave her alone right now i love my turtle i just want her comfortable also how long until i should get her back in her pond(she escaped last night)
