City states mei logo ke beech attachment thi, lekin woh sirf apne jaise logon ke beech thi. Ek city state mei bahot saare ethnic groups, religious groups aur alag-alag language bolne wale log rahte they. Unka apne group ke andar to attachment thi, jo baat to obvious hai. Lekin unka dusre groups ke saath attachment nhi tha. Hope point is clear to you.
