@CheshireBrandon I always just Google the TM number and "price" (ex. TM 87 Price) and normally it will be the first thing to pop up. Normally it's on Bulbapedia. 👍
@@The_Bear_Adventures They did patch the legit buying and selling method a bit by increasing the price of the TMs. But you can still get days where you will make around 50%+ profit in the same amount of time. But it certainly does not show up as often as before...

If your doing the vs seeker farm method instead of the old couple if you use double battle on route 210 you get 26k a pop with the amulet coin just use a move like rock slide to get both trainers at once
If you're talking about the Ace Trainers, that's another good method, but you get slightly less per hour only because their Pokemon has intimidate, which even with battle effects turned off, you get the intimidate dialog which will slow down each run slightly. But still a very good method if you have Pokemon that are strong against them.
They also give fantastic evs by defeating them, being SPE and ATK
But the old couple gives twice the amount if you battle both of them after catching heatran
@@UnderLeveled less vs seeker failures makes it faster though because you get a double battle every time one of them procs, instead of one battle 2 separate battles or nothing
@@bradleynugent4991 Actually since the Ace Trainers count as one trainer, if the Vs Seeker doesn't proc, then you get nothing. While the Old Couple count as two trainers, if one fails, there's a chance the other will proc. It's not guarantee but you do have double the chances with the Old Couple.

The only thing I can suggest, is taking a look everyday through the binoculars to see if there is a specific spawn for that day. If not, then it's all up to RNG. But Shroomish can be caught anytime of day, so gives you more chances to potentially find it. Good luck!
Second method is the best i went from 500k to 920.246k in only three minutes

The trading method seems to be patched, Now doing it results in around 50% loss buying TMs that sell for 1.5 K, In my quick test I bought Fly cause it was the cheapest at 18 spheres and I made a loss even with that
The trading method still works, but it does seem harder to get TMs that will profit as well as it did before. Always make sure to look up the selling price of TMs before buying to make sure you will profit rather than lose money.
I got skill swap for 10 in 1.3 and it worked i got from 100k to max in like 20 minutes

@@kevinpalomera4377 same location. The trades change every day. It doesn't work every day but out of the 4 days I checked 2 of them it worked
Is there a way to reset the stock of items that the traders have? Mine wants 20x instead of 10x for TM trades.

We haven't tested a way to rotate out their inventory, but we will look into it
for the vs seeker method just use surf/other non contact moves. high enough level surf still ohkos (75 gastrodon atm) but the pedestal method is still by far the most efficient way as long as you dont have garbage trades that day
also, you can do a bit of math to figure out if you can make profits that day. pedestals are 1k pokedollars and sell for 12 small orbs. if the tm sells for 1500 (or 1.5 x more than the pedestal) then you need it to cost less than 18 orbs (12 x 1.5), etc. so even if the tm is selling for 16 orbs then you can still turn a profit, albeit a bit slower.
Yup! It's best to use whatever can OHKO them for fastest times.

That does seem to be the case. It's harder to get for sure and I'm only able to get around 50% profit. Which isn't bad but certainly not as good as 80% like before... Time to take out the Vs Seeker. Haha

Just tested i think its patched out from the coin received from the old man. I only get 8k coin with amulet coin. Its not 16k anymore

For Prism Spheres what to buy for the glitch?
For Prism and Pale, it will depend on what they are offering that day. Just see what the want for Prism and then work backwards, until you find the spheres you can buy. So it might take a couple of trades.

What resource did you use to find the sell price of tms? I can't find it anywhere.
I use Bulbapedia. The prices for the original games usually match BDSP games. Hope that helped!
It doesnt matter which TM is purchased right? Not sure why i made a loss from the non-glitch trade lool. The selling price of the TMs i bought was only $500 each hmm
Make sure to look up the price of the TMs first to make sure you will make a profit.

The price of TM’s for spheres have increased. So far I haven’t found a day where I can make profit with the underground traders :(

It seems harder to get now for sure, but I still do get quite a bit of high paying TMs that still give 50%+ profit in the same amount of time.

Replying to an old comment for anyone new, but yes it does work, but it’s inconsistent and dependent on the buy and sell price of the Pedestals as well as the selling cost of the TM in question. If your tm costs 20 shards, you’re not making anything. I myself went from a 183k to an eye watering 195k with this method 💀

Literally googled 10 different websites, none of them show sell prices

What pedestal gives pale spheres?
You will need to trade a couple of times to trade pale spheres, it will depend on what the vendor is offering that day. Just see what you need to for pales, then work backwards from there.

@@UnderLeveled yeah i learned that the hard way. Saved before trying and it didnt work. However I had autosaves on so...yeah. I learned a hard lesson.
the rich couple is slower than double team jen and zach, by almost 200k an hour
There's a chance it could be better, but it all depends how many times you can get the Vs Seeker to activate for both the old couple or Ace Trainers. I did extensive testing on both before making this video and the Old couple have always been slightly faster and here's why.
1. You have double chances to activate the Vs Seeker with the Old couple. The Ace Trainers count as one trainer. Just like the Old Couple, there were times when it would take 3 or 4 tries to get the Vs Seeker to start a battle with the Ace Trainers. On the other hand with the OId Couple, if one fails, there's a chance the other will want to re-battle you. But again this is all RNG.
2. Having to go though the Gyarados Intimidate text takes an extra 7.3 seconds with battle effects turned off. You also need to select a move for both Pokémon, even if your first Pokémon can do AOE to both as well as double faint and Exp share time. This adds an extra 8.3 seconds on top of the 7.3 seconds Intimidate adds. That's about 15.6 seconds longer per run, give or take a few milliseconds.
Now you do get double the amount of money per run, but when you do 50+ runs with an extra 15.6 seconds per run, you will need to rely on RNG to activate more often in order for it to be faster than the Old Couple.
