I found something that is useful: when you crack the dirt tile but not remove it you can see the item below the title because there is a small dot an if there is something underneath it the colour of the dot changes

I already have all of the mysterious shards that I needed but I wish I've seen this video back when I was searching for them. This video is great! This would have saved me hours! Respawn points and the dig pattern are spot on! Good work!

I appreciate having to grind for legendaries, but I've been mining for 6 hours and have only found one small so it's a bit ridiculous
Yeah, this is the easiest way to get mysterious shards. I’ve been grinding shards this way. Got like 9 legendaries (legendary beasts, Regis, Latios, Latias, and Mewtwo) within a few hours.

Been going for about 4 hours now, not a single mysterious shard. I'd understand if these were insanely rare legendaries, but come on...this shouldn't be nearly as tedious as it is

I've been trying for 2 years and have only got 1 legendary from ramanas park. I have 1 spare mysterious shard small never seen another since about a month after the game came out
Thank you so much. So many tutorials telling me to join rooms and search for diglett then check. Spent like 2 hours and got tons of shiny statues but only 2 small shards. First 10 minutes I already have 1 large shard.
Whoa I didn’t realize you could find more shards without using the net method. Thanks a lot for this. I’ve only ever found a few small shards at most when it comes to connecting to rooms online and thousands of statues lol this way will be very helpful, so thanks.
quick tip: after about 6 or 7 turns if you get the legendary low hp (status if possible) timer ball becomes more effective then ultra balls
Timer ball gets better than longer you wait
Starting at turn 10 it’s at its max

So… it takes about 39 Small Mysterious Shards to get all the Slates in each game in the Ramanas Park but for the Large Shards is 13 of ‘em to get all them Slates & Legendaries too

Okay so i played over 2 1/2 hours and got 1 small shard!

What do you do with all the extra mysterious shards after you’ve caught everything at Ramanas? They have no sell value and seem to just take space in the inventory. I keep digging them up though.

I've done some testing and it seems like you're WAYYYY more likely to get the large mysterious cards during the diglet thing, so do it online

I found a way better spot when you go to the place where you first get the underground kit there is a path that goes zick zack and there are not only 2 next to eachother but also one in front of a door i dont know how to describe it better

Oh, nah they were stitched together, that's why I said I'm using pre recorded footage. This was part of my 9 shards in 45 minutes recording. It just felt better to showcase the fact I have got shards using this method, than showing more failed attempts

I collected digletts while digging and out the 5 times I didn’t get any of the shards so I don’t think the digletts increase the chances but I could just be unlucky

All of these mysterious shard guides are the same, just dig quicker and ignore the spheres. None of them explain why I've spent 4 hours every day doing this and only found 1 small mysterious shard this week...
It all still comes down to luck and RNG at the end of the day these methods are just most efficient
When its the 4 minute frenzy time there is not a guaranteed box. Its also the only time I've seen the shards. Have not gotten any shards outside of that frenzy time
I have never ran underground with diglett frenzy and I have every legendary

You took the 3 spaces method from another youtuber, I know because I watched his guide 2 weeks ago when I first got the game.
Imagine thinking only one person can figure out a basic logical puzzle that is designed with children in mind.
Its really easy to work out optimal patterns. I don't follow or watch any pokemon youtubers. Been doing this shit for 9 years, dont need to copy anyone.

This pattern is not optimal for shards because you will miss small shards. You can actually scan 2x2 without missing out on durability if you don't pick up anything else. Good video overall.

A very cancerous way to seal the last legendaries away behind the underground, which is bs anyway. dont know why ppl like the underground. seems like i wont do the post game in this, unlike i get the legendary kanto birds. 1 another hour and i will ragequit
