Try calling a Best Buy store. They won’t let you do it. A national call center takes your call and literally refuses to transfer you to the local store. They say stores don’t have anyone to take calls anymore.

Sorry you had this experience, GERM. This is SO symptomatic of a HUGE issue in the US. The bix box stores put all the mom and pop businesses OUT OF BUSINESS. Then, they don't hire people because they want to save overhead and administrative costs. Essentially, they become a showcase ONLY for products they want to sell (not a full line) and the store becomes just a show and tell for their online sales.. I'm sure if you were spending $3000 dollars on a high end camera, the store manager would be handling your purchase. While he did try to help you, he could have lowered the price of a comparable cameras OR found a store that that had one NEW AND IN THE BOX and had that shipped to that store for you to purchase (if you were willing toi wait). Since they did NOT gave you that option, I think you'll think twice before doing business with Best Buy again !
the store reps at the best buy are terrible. once i waited and just ordered on the app for pickup instead and went to the pickup line instead. i’m just going to order it and ship it to home next time

Yeah it's like that everywhere, Verizon has some good kids who have understanding but other places not much.
