Nice! Brings back good memories riding with my buddies in the late 80s. A few of us rode Tri-z 250’s and one kid had a new 200 like yours, he did his best to keep up but man he took a beating over rough terrain! At least you won’t have to replace any suspension parts…😂 looking forward to seeing the finished product, good luck!
If you all still had them you’d be sitting on a gold mine lol someday I’d like to get my hands on a Tri-z but it seems like RUclipsrs are all building them now so they’ll continue to be priced high like the banshees 😂🤷🏻♂️ someday

Is my current project, a 92 trail boss 250 4 x 4. I stumbled across it for free and I consider it to be mint condition for its age. I am putting lots of new parts on to make it perfect and probably keep it. Glad I found your channel, keep up the good work!

I did on this but I’ve since bought valve seal installation tools from motion pro. It definitely gives you a much more confident feel when putting them in. But it’s not worth it if you rarely do valve seals
