hey everyone! as many of you know I'm traveling right now but shot this before I went away. I've just posted a new sample pack of field recordings from my travels. You can find it on the community tab on my channel page! hope you all enjoy this installment :)
Hey man, love your videos. They've been a big help in learning music production. I was wondering if you have any recommendations for must have plugins, midi packs etccc...
really usefull ty so much
You no have idea how helpful these series have been!!! I closed my recording studio over 15 years ago. I’ve just started to play piano again and beats with Ableton. I’m officially addicted to your vids! Excellent teaching style!!
THE BEST tutorial video on the WHOLE INTERNET so far
DON'T STOP THIS SERIES. You are the sole reason I'm able to make music right now. Much love man!
Bro your literally the best teacher out here in my opinion, whenever I watch your tutorials I never get confused, only inspired, Thank you for all the videos you put out 🙏
This man is single handedly carrying and teaching the next generation of sound engineers and music producers including myself,
So thank you Taetro, please don’t stop what you’re doing!!
Dude you're one of those individuals who knows their stuff and also knows how to communicate it so effectively. Thank you dearly!
Hey Taetro! You said to leave a comment on this series and I just wanted to say a big thank you! This has been so amazing and helpful for me to watch. I'm brand new to ableton and DAW's in general, and so it all looked like A LOT when I first opened it up. But you have explained things slowly and clearly, and your demeanor is very friendly and encouraging. This is a fantastic course and I have also watched your music theory series. I love learning from you and I would love to see more tutorial videos, gear videos, theory, effects or anything else you think is helpful or just cool to show. Thanks for the channel man, I think you do really well with videos like this.
thank you for leaving the comment Drew! I hope to bring you more good stuff soon!
I spent $150 on a "producer course"... and this series is 1,000x better. You have become the person I search for first when I have Ableton or midi controller questions.
Hello Taetro, to answer your question at the beggining of the video, YES your videos are soooo precious ! What a good teacher/mentor you are ! Your content is so clear and limpid that even being here (in Europe) thousands of kilometers from you, i feel like i am sitting next to you learning Ableton live everytime i watch your videos . Thank you so much !
This is such an useful series. Thank you so much for doing it.
I really like that you show all the important things without going too deep into each chapter. Instead you explain the basics and all the stuff and effects that actually affects the sound and that is actually useful.
Please keep going with these. I would love if you could go more indepth soon with warping and editing audio clips and than use them as samples since I don't really know how to do that.
dude, as requested at the 1:10 mark, just letting you know this series has been super helpful to me having had absolutely no prior exposure to Ableton Live
your teaching style of reinforcing previous learnings and gradual introduction of new features/techniques is rock-solid and resonates well with my learning style
can't wait to keep going! thank you so much!
Loving this series, thank you Taetro!
Great series, def keep making them, thank you sir.
Thanks for all your help Taetro, it’s been a real pleasure, and I gotta admit your music is also very good and deserves more attention then it gets.
This series is absolutely brilliant, and so are you! Thank you so much for putting in the time and effort to create these videos, it helps so much and you explain it exactly right. Personally, I think you're the best music production teacher, especially for beginners like me.
thank you!! more coming!!
Definitely keep going with this series, it's super helpful. 👍👍
Another great video Taetro 👌 amazing seeing how much you can get out of the midi effects when you know how to use them!! ☺️
Loved it! I've been working for a while with this amazing software, but it is always a super fun and engaging activity to watch you work around Ableton!!! Thanks Taetro!
Your music theory videos and these episodes have taught me basically all I know (I started like a week ago) PLEASE KEEP DOING THIS STUFF
You're a natural when it comes to teaching. Your style is fantastic and you're doing an amazing job teaching the essential information. Very well done!
I’m on your videos daily man, when I started I didn’t even know what workflow meant and now I am developing my own workflow, so much knowledge in your tutorials that make it easy and keeps music making fun. Much appreciation to you TAETRO
This series is instrumental (heh) to my learning Ableton! Musician for years finally diving into DAW. Love and need these videos! Can't wait to tag you in pieces I produce!
This series has been my main learning series please keep going! Love this stuff. Thank you for sharing!
this series is incredibly helpful, please keep making them, I feel like im learning so much with each episode, ableton felt and looked very confusing before
I’m a Logic and Cubase power user but I’ve never touched Ableton before now. I found these introductory lessons perfect to get me oriented. Thank you.
Damn right you should keep going. Your tutorials are really informative, and Your style of présentation is really pleasant. Keep it up taetro
Great tutorial Maestro Taetro!
Amazingly helpful. Thank you!
Love this man
Totally enjoy all the information I have learned from you. I feel very comfortable sitting back watching and following along. 😌
Wanted to let you know, this series is so pleasant. I know some things about music already, but nothing about DAWs and I could have learned from manuals or technical YT videos, but the way you bring this makes it just so much more pleasant, relaxing and enjoyful, wow, really good job.
Apart from that, the way you hold yourself, your attitude as a man, is so nice to experience. There's a lot of men in the music industry who are a bit bro'y, which I totally understand because music is so competitive and I get that they feel insecure. Being a man myself it's really nice to see that another man can come into this space without the big words and big I-know-it-best attitude. Thank you!
Great episode as always! Thanks!
Years ago I tried to learn to produce using logic pro and it went well. Now I am learning Ableton live see if my adhd keeps interested enough to keep making music. And this definitely helps getting me around my way quickly in a new UI of the different DAW’s and the same time a good way to take the dust of the basics
I love this tutorial series! Thank you for putting up such great content online. I'm a complete noob to both ableton and to music in general and recently discovered your channel. The videos are amazing and are helping me a ton!! Really appreciate it and love the way you teach!
This series is extremely helpful. I would love more!
Love the series, thank you!!
You are amazing my man. HUGE thank you for this series! please keep it going!!!
so grateful to have found your vids!!! Ableton has always been so daunting, but not as much anymore. you have such a way of teaching. thank you :)))
This series is amazing!! Thank you for all the hard work for newbies like me and hope you continue to do so!
Hey man, I'm on this video in the series currently and realized I hadn't commented. Just wanted to say you are a true born teacher, and I appreciate you. I can always tell when someone's a natural teacher because they have the ability to put themselves in their students' shoes and realize what might be confusing for them as a beginner. It's clear you are paying attention to that and that you actually care about people learning, so again, thank you!
Great series! With it I can finally comfortably learn the basics of Ableton. Haven’t seen anything else of this good quality on the internet, so thank you for creating it!
i know im late but super helpful, i came for the 7th episode about samples, but i took your advice and went back to the beginning and so far its been worth it. especially the episode before this. i feel like were starting to really dive in and i cant wait. thanks man ! hope you and yours are happy and healthy. cheers! really... THANK YOU!!!

I used to hate Ableton Live, but you have actually made learning Ableton Live fun! Thank you! Please keep up the series and the Great work!
Been in the process of switching from FL to ableton. I’m still using both cause getting ideas out on FL is still easier, but these have been so helpful with getting more confident with Ableton and getting better at live looping.
love your content, cheers!
I'm in the process of choosing a laptop, interface, DAW, etc. These videos have given me confidence that if I invest in a system I'm going to be able to be creative with it. You definitely have me leaning towards Abelton Live now. Looking forward to a deep dive into this video series when i have my system. Thanks
thank you very much for making such an accessible and inspiring series. You got me started from 0 and I am now creating my own music and feels amazing. Thank you so much! Please keep it on

This is the best series on Ableton, you are a great teacher!
Awesome stuff bro!
It has been a month today from I stumbled across one of your videos and got sucked into the world of music production, starting with a notebook and your theory classes. I’ve been dabbling a few days every week since with Ableton and have my first MIDI controller being delivered because it has been giving me so much joy. I without a doubt would not have got this far without the quality videos that you put out, and the quality of your teaching. I don’t know if you’re done uploading these types of videos now, but I really hope not! Thank you.
Your ableton videos are by far the single most helpful resource I've had starting out. Thanks mate!
