      Hello, I’d like to have my mom do these exercises because she has difficulty going up and down stairs. She’s overweight and 83 yrs old. Would it be okay for her to do these exercises?

      @@greenangel777 without knowing your mom's situation specifically, I couldn't tell you for sure. However, in general, an overweight 83-year-old should be able to do these exercises. It's probably a good idea to have someone around the first few times she tries them until she gets the hang of them though.
