I’m in the uk and I want to apply for uk spouse visa and the I will be fulfil the requirements of the house ( as we live together and have tenancy agreement) , have uk degree in English . So Do I need to pay for housing report or anything? Also would I recommend to apply through a lawyer even if I have all documents?

How much saving do we need to have for a spouse visa from april 2023 ? I know the prevoius amount was £62500 for 6month in a bank acount , but how much it will be from this april ? Anyone knows ?

We paid approx £1800 IHS as part of the UK spouse visa application.

I think skilled worker visa is your only option but you'll need a sponsor. My wife was previously married to a UK citizen and had to leave the UK after divorce. We then applied for a UK spouse visa after we married in Japan.
