Just want to say ash this is like mirroring my whole life minus cptsd!def a bit of childhood trauma and ptsd but nothing major but how I was as a child&then when you can’t cope anymore.having2nd child was my big trigger, all my coping mechanisms out the window.i always thought & everyone around me I had adhd but my eldest is at end of her asd doagnosis(shes5)and learning so much last2/3 yrs I now realise I may also have autism which is wild and a very big identity crisis for me❤love listening to these&follow you on TikTok.keep going girl!love from Ireland x
@@Ash_Tyson I don’t think I’ve ever related to anyone as much honestly!im listening to your latest one&its just more relatability.had so much guilt as a child for even the slightest issue&feeling responsible for everyone’s moods!hate when husband is in bad mood!yes my daughter has us in her corner,it’s a little healing just understanding her better and little me too🥹one of these days I’ll get round to starting the v slow diagnosis process for both adhd and autism for myself but you know adhd and appointments.just don’t even want to open the can of worms right now. Thanks for sharing, really mean that xxx
@@Ash_Tysonit’s good! This is so comforting to hear, I genuinely think I’ve got ADHD too but I keep putting off phoning the doctor (for 2 years) which probably is a massive indicator 😂
I received my ADHD diagnosis on Saturday. I've consumed a lot of ADHD content over the last few years but I've never related so much to a podcast. I'm a 40yo man. I did not expect that.
These feel like the conversations you have when you wake up after a night out in bed with your best mate and you're a bit hungover and emotional and have deep talks punctuated with cracking up laughing ❤ too specific?
