For all my darker skinned brothers: while it is harder for us to get sun burned (yes harder not impossible), the UV rays still negatively impact your skin. Wearing sun cream helps to reduce the risk of skin cancer and other damage the UV rays cause :)

It really shows you how effective Twitch's bans are when the same person keeps doing the same thing over and over. Well what is really shows you is Twitch plays favorites while pretending not to.

They don't pretend not to. It's so obvious
Twitch staff are compromised, there isn't a TOS, they unban based off given referral codes to their OF or used panties like one of the Twitch staff memebrs were caught receiving from another controversal streamer.
The entire moderation team needs to be fired and let go immediately. Then a rotation of current staff get cycled into the moderation team and replaced with others every 6 months, meaning you avoid this type of evil behaviour by immoral people. This is the only solution at this point.

The trade-off of light/dark skin, is that light skin people are more likely to be tolerant to lactose, as when tribes migrated to areas with less sunlight, their skin lightened from less exposure to sunlight, but they still needed a source of Vitamin D, so they evolved the ability to continue to digest lactose into adulthood in dairy products at a higher rate than dark skinned people.
So dark skinned people = More likely to be lactose intolerant
Light skinned people = More likely to sunburn
When dark skinned people who are lactose intolerant live in climates with much less sun, they actually develop a Vitamin D deficiency and need to take Vitamin D supplements.
It's an evolutionary trade off.
If you really like dairy products, you would want to be light skinned, and if you really like being outside all the time, you would want to be dark skinned.
I'm as light as they come, ancestry Anglo and Celtic, and I LOVE DAIRY.
I also don't like the outdoors that much, so I'm very happy with my outcome.
Also, even though dark skin protects from immediate burn, it does not protect from the cancer causing effects of the UV light of the sun.
So it's still a good idea to wear UV protective sunscreen.

I know black people that get sunburn. Also I'm white half Italian and I burn a little bit but I get tan and I don't burn anymore. Basically the dark of your skin the more resistant you are to it is how it works in general. It's not exactly always true though. For example streamers will burn easier because they spend so much time inside as opposed to someone who works landscaping and is in the sun frequently. Regardless that you should use sunscreen because you can get skin cancer and it's really not good for you to get tons of sun exposure no matter what happens.
