Yeah, currently we are sitting right at about 7%. Maybe see a dip this summer into the low 6's. Time will tell.

Hey there! Actually just took some clients through there on Wednesday and it’s right around 3250 ft.² the house has a ton of upgrades in it from the hardware all the way to the low-voltage selections. If you were to pick up that house and build it on your own lot, they said the current range would be around 800 to 825. If you add in the pool backyard area and workshop it’s just over 1 million.
