Mine was weeping coolant so changed it however it’s still weeping. Any idea if there’s something I could have missed or something close by to it that could be weeping? Thought it may have been the vac pump at first but it’s definitely coolant

Hello, for my Opel Meriva B 1.4 Turbo petrol, engine getting over heated because of the thermostat which is not getting open at 103c. I have replaced the thermostat with new one, but still again the same. Do you have any idea? Thanks

I'm going to be doing this on an alpha the 1.6. the bolts are rounded alpha won't sell them any idea
I was told my EGR cooler has a internal leak. I broke down and had message saying engine overheated turn vehicle off. could that be the reason?

check if you have connected all of vacuum lines

These 1.4 engines are notorious for head gasket issues ,get a head gasket test done on it
Thanks mines either leaking from here or a crack in the coolant tank itself, I've not figured out which yet

Yes agreed. Turbo pipe plastic connector broke on mine too. Whole new pipe £160 required when just the connector ring broken.
