Nice one mate spent yesterday stripping it all down and the intake was hitting what you refer to as the thermostat housing so it won't come out! See you remove those two bolts and one stud, slide the part of then voila 👍😊
i know what it is its a pain in the ass 1:20 the last owner did this job be for and left bolts missing at the back off the manifold now i have to order them
literally my intake manifold cracked while doing the dpf regen stationary and coolant started pissing out. THis should be recalled what a dumb design . Unbelievable !
