    Hi this is good practise for me I’m on day three of your seated exercise , I had a knee op back in March and doing physio , home at moment most of the time , was wondering if it’s correct to do this daily or 2 3 times a week please?

      With these short practices being as gentle as they are it is fine for most to do them every day! That being said always listen to your body’s feedback and make sure to check with your physician before starting this or any exercise program. 2 to 3 x a week is also great if that works best for your schedule. Consistency is key, so better to do a little more often than just once a week, ect…Hope this helps! 🙏🏼❤️
