I made Almond Dacquoise with soft peanut butter cream on top of crunchy and chewy cookies.
It is a cookie made by sanding buttercream between cookies like a macaron. It can be used with various ingredients (green tea powder, rice powder, etc.).
There is no need to worry about gluten as it does not contain any wheat.

Egg 3
Sugar 133g
Sugar Powder 133g
Almond Powder 212g
A little bit of powdered sugar for decoration
Cream:
Butter cream (see link below) + Peanut butter a little
