Video makes me a happy enchilada
One of the greatest singer/song writers this country has ever produced. It breaks my heart every time I hear him and feel the sadness of having lost him. Thankful we have these recordings of his work so generations to come will get to feel and appreciate what he was all about.
A true legend.
Blessed to see him a few times and once the year before he passed.
Absolutely amazing until the day he moved on and he left us with some of the most beautiful lyrics and music ever written.

Can't believe that's already been three years since John's passing. 😢
The love that is shown to John by the next generation of great musicians affirms my good judgement in appreciating him for 50 years.
Anybody else with the health problems John Prine had, would have given up years ago. But here is John singing and laughing like he hasn’t got a care in the world. Truly was an American treasure and icon. John’s songs capture the true essence of America.

This whole recording is a bit, well, bad. There’s a lot of AI bullshit that’s suppressing the instruments during vocals. Really great for recording a lecture. Music, not so fucking great.
