Yes, that is very true. If there is motivation for bias, then there is bias. Unfortunately, most of the medical economy is the same way. A separation between profits and care creates a lack of healthcare; however, when profits and care combine, there is an increase of care with much of that care being harmful and not needed.

I really wish I could get this, but there’s no way I could afford $350 for a device, especially one where I don’t understand what it’s supposed to be doing.
@Vincent Chauvet that's the exact opposite of how cost works with supply and demand. The more people want it the cost goes up, the less people cost goes down.
@@pearlharbor8065 Oh, so that's why the cost of TVs went way down, less demand... haha. Pearl, prices go higher is demand increases but supply stays the same. But as demand increases, more people begin supplying the good or service. if enough demand is there, supply will increase enough for economy of scale and competition for market share drive prices lower, which is what Vincent is talking about.

They took the money out of my bank account over 6 weeks ago and it’s not even been made yet ! Talk about stress! I live on a small fixed income and have had to go without groceries this month because without receiving the unit, I can’t submit it to my HFA.
I would recommend Apollo. I actually miss it when I don’t use it, which is a good sign. I was afraid when I bought it that it would sit unused but that hadn’t been the case. Good video.

Hi Kyle, thanks for your honest review! Very helpful. Would you consider reviewing the TouchPoints with wristbands, which are very similar to Apollo Neupro but have a much lower price point, in the near future?
Better to get the Apollo Neuros. The touch points are very faulty and do not have nearly as many features. Stop working after a few uses and don’t have a timer is my two main points.
Interested in exploring this device re: my sleep disorder. I have *NO* issues falling asleep, but my slow wave sleep is highly unstable, and I frequently & energetically sleepwalk at about the 90 minute mark. Only other effective treatment so far as been pharmaceutical. Question: What's the max timer setting for the sleep routine? I'd hope for at least two hours, to get past that 90 minute hump.

Absolutely, I've had mine for over a year, when I'm at work and feel like I need a coffee or am distracted I can put my Neuro on and quite quickly I'm able to get into the focus zone.
did you ever wear the device to enhance the biofeedback training? also, is the device not stimulating the neural pathways, which over time, equip you to better handle stressors regardless of use?
That's what I was wondering. On their website it says it helps to train your body to self-regulate the more you use it so that you are not dependent on it.
I believe in devices and medication for stress adaptation. Sometimes controlling the situation is the best way to train yourself that that situation is not actually a threat. For example I have terrible social anxiety, resulting in panic attacks. But when I medicate and alleviate the panic then ween off the medication I can coast for a long time without meds and dramatically improve my social anxiety. It's about rebuilding neuropathways and association.
@Gregory Roller Don't be guided by seeing a single negative comment. I doubt very much that they have not helped him, maybe he has not found the way ...
My 6mobth old Apollo is useless due to a well known issue of becoming suddenly super loud vibrating rattling buzzing. I paid more than $359 cdn plus shipping and huge customs because I believed all your false advertising. Apollo Neuro is obviously a scam.

to be honest, products like this are reliant a great deal of research and development which ultimately costs a lot of money. companies only have a certain amount of time to break even before other companies break into the market. in socialised countries with better healthcare systems then the US products / therapeutics still cost a lot but the government helps to barter and fund a lower consumer burden. if you want cheaper therapeutics in the US vote progressive and not liberal.
Don't worry, it's just vibrations. A Chinese company will come out with very similar vibrations in a year or two. Until then, there are other, cheaper wearables that notify you when your anxiety and heart rate are going up. You can then start a 3 minute breathing routine.
