- Apollo Neuro and Sensate 2 are tactile stimulation devices designed to help you reduce stress, enhance stress resilience, and improve your sleep. I've been using Apollo for three years, and I sleep better, manage stress better, and my exercise performance has improved. Sensate 2 is a relatively new addition to my wellness arsenal, so I decided to compare the two devices side-by-side to find out which one is more effective at reducing stress.
As I'm sure you know, too much stress can keep you in constant fight-or-flight mode, which can negatively affect your health. These devices can help you break free from that by balancing out your parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems.
Here's a quick overview of the major differences between the two devices.
Sensate is very effective in helping you achieve a more relaxed and present state. However, it requires wearing a bulky device around your neck. It also demands you to take time out of your day to use it, and you need to be constantly connected to your phone to reap its benefits.
On the other hand, Apollo stands out because of its discreet form factor, and it effortlessly induces a calming effect within seconds. You also don't need to be attached to your phone to enjoy its benefits, allowing you to carry on with your day as usual.
Watch this video to learn everything you need to know about Apollo and Sensate and decide which is the best option for you.

Michael, are you aware of the very bad customer reviews over at Apollo, wrt their customer service ?
I checked after reading your comment. My experience in dealing with Apollo has been different to that of some of those reviewers.

On which device?

@@user-vm9jv4lq2t Usually on the highest intensity setting because I like to clearly feel the vibrations.
Both
Does it emits EMF?
Anything with a battery emits EMFs but if your question is whether or not the type and strength of EMFs emitted are problematic or outweigh the benefits of the device, I’d say no.
@@MichaelKummer sorry, I meant if they emit WiFi and or blue tooth while using it or if there’s an airplane mode. From your video it seems that the Apollo has that option. Thanks
@@superdr88 Apollo uses BT (not WiFi) but has airplane mode, so you can disable the BT antenna!
Only available in the US soon in the UK so two closed economies. Cutting most of the world...
Outside the United States, Apollo™ is accepting orders to Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. Shipping is via FedEx International Economy, or USPS International Priority for PO Boxes. Accessories ordered separately may ship via USPS International. (From Apollo’s webpage).
@@MichaelKummer do they ship from Europe or will vat and import duty be required shipping from the US ?
@@weaponx26I suspect they ship from the US and you'll have to pay import duties. But you might want to reach out to Apollo directly to confirm.
@@MichaelKummer it's about $120 on top of the price . Closed ecosystem business model. It won't break Europe or Asia at that rate
