Salted butter I keep on the counter (in a precious Victorian glass butter dish with cherries all over it!) , but never unsalted. It spoils too quickly.

I just wanted to comment on the butter situation lol. I have a butter bell which keeps the butter, on the counter, the perfect consistency.
Also I just got a 15 ft 1974 Road Ranger. We had to tear the back end completely apart bcuz the roof was in such bad condition. It's coming along. Excited for next camping season!

So excited for your new baby!! Prayed a lot for you to get pregnant! BTW to get onion off your hands, just use a stainless steel spoon & soap while washing your hands. The stainless steel chemically & safely gets rid of the onion oils!!! As for the butter, I leave at room temp except for summer w/o AC. if no AC, butter will sour here where I live!!

What a cozy, adorable little campout in Honey! Your new mattress is gorgeous, your bed looks so comfy. Loved the camper cooking segments too. I keep a dish of butter in the cupboard, soft butter is a MUST. The smell of raw onions as well as canned tomatoes made me so nauseous when I was pregnant! Treat yourself to the fresh diced onions in the produce section, Trader Joe's are especially good. You can freeze them too.
Such a good idea with the pre-cut onions! We keep our butter out as well! It's so convenient!
I loved this video. I have also renovated a camper with your camper as an inspiration. Thank you for that. About the butter. In Sweden, where i come from, no one ever have their butter out. So, i stay true to butter in the fridge. But it's very convenient when the butter is'nt hard though.

The camper is so cute! I have a yellow double boiler and a pot that is similar to your little coffee pot. It belonged to my Grandmother. It is quite a bit older. I am guessing it could be from the 1920's or 30's.

Stop by a dollar general and go to their kitchen tools, they sell a stainless steel “ soap bar” that you wash your hands with when you have cut or cooked smelly things like garlic, onions, fish etc.

I keep butter refrigerated. Butter is dairy. It's just something I do not take chances with at all. My ancestors did it so I do it.
