Love it!! I think it would be so cool to be in the camper while it is raining and just reading in that bed listening to the rain. That would be so relaxing!
This is such a cute little camper; you did a great job decorating! Campers need plenty of ventilation to combat moisture, so try leaving a window or two open. Also, put Damp Rid in all the cupboards to keep moister under control or you will have mold. I get my Damp Rid from Walmart & Home Depot. They have some packaged with a hanger to hang from a closet rod or a hook.
I think you need those Damp Rid containers to absorb the moisture, or you will always have that musty smell . And possibly mildew will develop when its sealed with that zipped up cover. Also that paper may still come down when you shower in that small space. I would put a thin wood border around that mirrored ,papered wall. It may keep the edges from rolling down and coming away from the wall.
The camper has no odor now that the cushions are out, it was only coming from those cushions
Honey is sooooo adorable. I wanted to get a wee camper and do the same thing but man they cost a fortune these days. You did such a beautiful job. Can I say how cute those cushions are! 😍

I am wondering if you have leaks somewhere thats why you have the stain on the curtains etc. Its probably a better idea to make sure all the leaks are checked and fixed before you do all the cosmetic things. Im afraid for that brand new mattress you put in there. Also we had a boat we could have lived on for many many years. We discovered that keeping it open but in a covered shed structure ( we lived in the freezing cold of Northern states) was much better for it. Your camper is no different even if you live in the warmer states. Your windows may need work also to be weatherized properly. I think often people use effort to change appearance but the structure can be a threat health. Mold is nothing short of scary especially for a little one. Love the rescue of the camper. Now get your hubby to fix any leaks and consider storing it inside a covered structure but open so it is aired properly. I am an ICU nurse and I know first hand how mold can affect even young healthy people. Blessings

EZ hang paste helps reactivate peel and stick wall paper in a way that you can spray on and its also still reversable if you were looking for products for wall paper in the future. My spoon flower wall paper would peel when it would get humid in my hallway

It’s so interesting how similar this camper is to my 1970 camper I am redoing now but it’s only 16 foot this one appears bigger. I had the cabinet/bunk but it fell on the way home from buying and now I love how open it made it so I probably won’t put it back in 😂 it definitely cut down on storage tho And I ripped out the dinette as I’m only one person and I’m planning to build a skinny bar instead and I can sit on my bed to use the bar so I won’t need a booth or chair

For the wall paper try trim to hold it on
Another idea for the mattress try a king or /queen duvet cover. I think it should work. I did something like this for my children crib mattress as a baby
I had my Brooklyn arora bed for three years now in the soft firmness and it’s amazing the only thing is that overtime the silky top pills a bit but it doesn’t really bother me since a fitted sheet covers it anyway

Bathroom wallpaper… peel & stick needs a primer in order to really stick.
Probably just need a dehumidifier mine was doing that to the curtains 2 and that helped

The bathroom might need the faux tile. I wonder if that would stay better
tile is heavier so it would still fall. we shouldn't have an issue now that I glued up the loose spots. we have the same type of wallpaper in our main bathroom at home and haven't had any problems
What are you gonna do with the foam ? Very curious
we recycled it, the odor was too strong to cover up. we tried deep cleaning them, adding plastic to them but nothing worked.

we haven't had any mice!
I live in the woods and had mice problems in the past in our basement. I use peppermint extract and wipe down the thresholds, etc. I purchase it at the supermarket where the spices are. 🐭

We had plastic on our mattress once and it made us sweat, I don’t think that is a good idea.
