I find the 323s to be quite good trains I've been on two of these one from Stockport to Crewe and back and me and my dad where sitting right above the motors so i got to listen to those very nice gto gearbox sounds and yes I made a video of when I went to Crewe to do some trainspotting and also went to the heritage centre which was nice
Only issue i have with the video is that when mentioning where they operate, Liverpool shouldve also been represented as a landfill. Everything else is perfect

But they were there - maybe 1 per "big compartment" (between each set of doors). Obviously provided for cleaners, as made in 90s when passengers weren't thought to need them. You had to have a good shufty for them at first. If you got on when train was full you would be out of luck really

323s are definitely good, had the pleasure of recently riding one between Birmingham New Street and Lichfield City, but sadly the amazing sound inside was rather quiet to hear which was a shame (this is despite the fact I was sat at the front of the train...)
They are all right trains but the air conditioning doesn’t work plus no snacks or drinks for long journeys could be good if they do more snacks and table services for people gong long train journeys
I quite like em, The sound is amazing of course, but the new seat changes with the Northern 323s are.. meh. Honestly though, I had the misfortune of attempting to ride a 319 from Crewe to Liverpool, and ended up just bailing at Manchester Airport for a tram across to Deansgate, and a sprinter from there, so at least the 323s are better then the 319s in terms of comfort. You totally didn’t cause me to send my drink flying everywhere when I heard the Vulcan Productions 323 pack joke, absolutely not 🤣
A good question. Sadly no. Y'see, my knowledge lies in trains that are somewhat more modern. I have never rode on a steam engine in mainline service, so even giving one a RR styled video would feel...off? I guess that's the best way to look at it. Sorry about that.
Not related to the class 323 but still related to the video. I see you used a Sonic remix song. I love these so much that I've also started using them on my recent videos. The only issue is that I'm not sure if Sonic songs are free to use or not, so are we both taking a huge risk by using sonic songs in both my bus full route visuals and your railway review videos? I know JX (the uploader of the remix you've used) explicitly said that these remixes can be used but is there still a risk that our videos could be taken down from RUclips by a SEGA copyright claim one day? I hope I'm just worrying too much here.
I've never had an issue with using Sonic music in my videos for the past decade and a bit. SEGA aren't as knife happy when it comes to copyright strikes from my experience, especially when compared to Nintendo.

when beno is mentioned i must comment immediately "beno the trespasser" is a very good term indeed... describes exactly what he does, whether it be trains, lifts, buses, whatever... also you should definitely review desiros (as in 3/450s and 444s and 360s, the proper desiros)
Mhmm. The thing is if Mr. Beno seeked permission to do what he does, then I wouldn't bat an eyelid. So many things can go wrong that could result in him getting trapped, meeting an unwelcome character, get injured or worse off, killed. I don't wish that on anyone and Beno is no exception to that.
@@MaverickHunterDaniel there has been a lot of people recently that I've seen on youtube who copy his activities such as going on top of lifts while in public service and having people go in the lifts and use them normally while they're on top, then eventually getting stuck on top because of people not letting doors close and all of that, the amount of danger absolutely outweighs all of the positives, of which there aren't for most... 323s are actually ok, better than the 769 and 319 and most peps.
They're ok trains, & I think they had/have a few UK 230v mains sockets per coach, probably meant for the cleaners when lappies weren't big in 1994 etc
Idk about the Northern ones but the WMR ones don't have plug sockets or USB charging sadly.
