I found your workouts when I was pregnant and since then I never looked back ! My baby is 5 months now and I think your lovely workouts helped me not to pile on too much weight during pregnancy and also to get back on my feet after giving birth. I loved this workout! I have never used sliders before and it was very challenging for this 53 yo to control those little gals! I obviously need to increase my strength and do this workout again for more practice. You are always challenging us in different ways and your workouts are so appreciated. Yikes, this was so tough! Those stacked reps and isometric holds got me thinking weights workout was a breeze by comparison. Thanks for all the hard work you do to keep us motivated Lindsey!
that was very exhilarating for the heart and rest of the muscles, i just need a different way to save my wrists on some of those floor moves. glad it was only 25 mins , perfect!!!
Hey there! Yes sometimes I have the same problems! I like to place my hands on dumbbells when doing push ups etc... It feels a lot better on those wrists!

Trying to do your 2 week challenge before the 4 week one and I want to make sure I don’t miss nutrition! I eat pretty healthy -just hard because I don’t really eat breakfast before I workout and Then I want to snack at night! Love your workouts 💕

I'm going to try this workout tomorrow with furniture sliders on carpet. Will that work? Also, what footwear, if any would you recommend if I don't have those yoga/barre socks? Regular sneakers, stocking feet, barefoot? Thanks!
I haven't tried furniture sliders but I would think so! Let me know if you give it a try! And normally I'll do barre workouts barefoot if I don't have my socks! It's really a personal preference though!
Slider push ups are HARD!!! You do your best and forget the rest! The mod is shorten the slide -- the farther you slide the harder it will be. So start with small slides and progress from there! Keep up the good work!

I only have 6lb weights (the lightest I have) will that be ok for this workout?
It will be tough but you can totally do it and drop the weights when you need to!

Try using paper plates on carpet! Or someone suggested those little sliders you put under furniture legs which I thought was super smart too!!
