I am pretty sure we all know what's going to happen in 2023 in the Boise area. Thanks for posting.
Well, that's true, lol, but I do like to try to look for more detailed patterns, which helps me with my clients and their individual needs, and helps people understand specific areas or price points or housing products. Like right now, we have a certain price point, area, and type of home that is in incredibly low inventory and has continuing demand, so we still see the occasional bidding war on those.
