@@ccletiko9209 I do my oral board interview on Tuesday. I talked to lot of police officers and few detectives i know! Go in confidant, they may ask you a situational question, however you answer it, stick with that choices in those situations even if they press you. Sit up straight, be super respectful, look more into the department on there website, look at mission statement, know the name of the chief of police. You got this!!!
I used to work security, during covid i was working 16-24 hour shifts. it was crazy, worked in the psych unit mostly. i ended up getting hurt at work, went through two surgeries, was told i would never be able to work security ever again or become a police officer, so instead of taking the pain meds and sitting on the couch i kept working out hard. today i passed a physical fitness test for a police department. tomorrow i have the integrity interview. thank you for the videos they help so much. im going to keep pushing till i become a police officer.
I just passed my oral board interview! your tips helped me so much i was able to take my experiences and show them the qualities they were looking for! I had lot of situational questions! i got my conditional offer and I'm on the next steps.
You should look at federal jobs on USA jobs. Your background would qualify you for lot of different positions that are not law enforcement related. I was army military police, got a civilian federal job as an animal caretaker and love it. Just an idea.
I've been a firefighter/paramedic for 10 years, do you think my skills as firefighter would a good skill set to mention when I have my interview with police dept I applied to?
I passed my interview process with a lot of your wisdom;Thank you for all your help and tons of content !
Congratulations! Now help me pass mine 😭
