Gonna be doing a very similar setup but with a sidewinder manifold. Lucky for me I tig weld for a living so all the fab work I can do at home. Clean build though man Enjoy it
I want that in my mine and go bye bye and just go slow to, our you have to keep it wond up, no time for turb lag ,its just wanted to go in the launch mode!?
All turbos run off of exhaust gasses. Watch a video on how turbos work so you can see it visually so I don't have to go into detail you may not understand.
Just a note for people doing builds in the future: oversized injectors (i.e. buying larger injector than you need for your planned build just so you can go bigger in the future like he did in this video) is a BAD idea! Any tuner worth their salt should know that. Going with bigger injectors that you need makes tuning down low, especially idle, very inaccurate. This is because the larger your injectors are (when you can't use all the injector yet because their oversized for your current build) you have to turn the injector duty cycle down so low at idle and low speed that they are either barely opening or open too long, as no injector likes to be ran and super low or super high duty cycle, i.e. not above 90% duty cycle because they can stick open, and not below 2% to 5% duty cycle because they may never open, and if they are too big for your build you will get real close to the minimum never opening duty cycle so you'll be forced to run too rich down low and idle. Stick with injectors that are JUST big enough for your planned build plus maybe 5% to 10% overhead, and upgrade the injectors in the future if you change your build or boost levels.
But did you put rods and pistons …. turbo is sucking all that hot engine bay heat 🤦🏼 but overall looks nice just don’t understand why people build a time bomb 🧐
How is anything on this engine build a budget Garrett turbo turbo smart wastegate turbo smart blow valve fuel system I’m in the list goes on wire harness I don’t think it’s all 100% a budget build
You guys… 🤦♂️ Please look up what budget means. A budget is a price you set to not exceed. If your budget is $2000, then your price should not exceed $2000. If your budget is $10k, your price should not exceed $10k. Does that mean your $2k build is cheap? No. It means your build was based on a maximum $2k price. To someone with a $1k budget, your $2k budget is expensive. Does that mean your $10k build is expensive? No. It means your build was based on a maximum $10k price. To someone with a $2k budget, your $10k build is expensive. Don’t expect to get a $10k build by only investing $2k. That is a 80% discrepency. The math doesn’t math that way. Different parts, different labor, different prices.
He said it multiple times, when he said budget build it’s whatever your budget is, everyone budget is different. He literally said it at the beginning.

Great build. Car looks amazing.
None of those parts are budget.
Can easily get a full set up for 3-4000$
Where??
Absolutely agree this is in no way a budget turbo kit supper clean but not budget
Budgets are relative bro
Everyone budget different
Great job mate. I love it. Id have to have air-conditioning though, starting to get hot here in Australia.
Absolutely amazing build bro!!🔥🔥🔥
Yo I love your content so much keep it uppp 🔥🔥
Thank you!
I lost track. What was the total? I'd love to turbo my K24A2 CRX.
Very informative!!! Good job
Ty for this. I don't want to do all this
Could you let me know where you got those steel lines and fittings going from wastegate to controller?
Its clean but why not ceracoat all the exhaust hot side? Or at least wrap/turbo blanket?
Thanks. Stay tuned for next update video.
I want that in my mine and go bye bye and just go slow to, our you have to keep it wond up, no time for turb lag ,its just wanted to go in the launch mode!?
Sorry for my ignorance but why the turbo is on the exhaust side ? 😅

@ i will man .thank you , I was under the impression that they get air from intake side 🤦♂️
How much did the car make ?
Clean!
What fuel regulator is that
Umm. That drain tho. How is it holding up?

if you're getting tuned on k pro yes, not if you're getting tuned on a haltech ecu or anything that runs ve maps
What’s that sensor on the side of the intake manifold, by the serpentine belt
MAP sensor
what size cold side piping? 2.5"?
Yes.
Are you still using the stock K24A pistons and rods in your turbocharged engine?
He didn’t mention a rebuild so, yes. Not sure why he dropped 2k on turbo but left stock intervals smh
But did you put rods and pistons …. turbo is sucking all that hot engine bay heat 🤦🏼 but overall looks nice just don’t understand why people build a time bomb 🧐
6000-10000 a budget ? Dude you can do this for 2k 😆😆😆
Where??
@@rxtoy23 by taking different products :) pulsar turbo etc
Noo, I’m asking who did your build ? What shop ?
@@rxtoy23 shop? Diy obviously who gets their car build by a shop
Yes but will it look this clean?

I haven't finished the video, I had to stop when you mentioned the price of the turbo. This is not a budget build, this is way overpriced.
😂
You call that a budget
He said it multiple times, when he said budget build it’s whatever your budget is, everyone budget is different. He literally said it at the beginning.
You could've got a used mustang for that much
Bro nice setup man I salute 🫡 i cant wait to get my eg
