How do you lock the pistol back without the magazine?

press the slicde lock lever up as you pull the slide to the rear with your thumb.

FIgured it out. Its like they want you to hold down the mag release while inserting a magazine also...

@xd40xbdcef No, i sent it to a local gunsmith to fix it. Now it works perfectly, but I had to put in more money out to get it to work.
