I'm using semi-sweet chocolate chips, you can use any type of chocolate you wish, it can be white chocolate, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and you can even use caramel chips if you wished to.

I don't know what happened.😕 First I thought because I used salted butter since in the recipes it says "unsalted butter". But I can see you are using salted butter too. Please help me if there is a way to fix this dough. I made double the amount of your's. I still have 24 balls in the freezer.

These look delicious, especially the large, thinner ones. I bought chocolate chips last shopping trip, now I know which recipe I'm going to try. Perfection 👌🏼 I weigh each scoop beforehand and I’m happy with 20 ounces at 375 degrees at 11 minutes, and jumbo size 2.5 ounces at 12 minutes, 375 degrees. I also add an egg yolk. Will def try these. Thanks for the tutorial 👏🏼

BakeLikeAPro will do, after I make the caramel sauce for my “Copycat five guys caramel shake.” Hopefully it will be better than five guys. I hope more people start cooking from scratch. It’s so much healthier and way more delicious with all the added chemicals.

I've all the baking recipes I find anywhere. Yours is the best. I only follow yours. It comes out just like you said. Do you have a bake book? Anything alternative also. If I want to make more, how much more ingredients would I need?

Made them yesterday. I made each 75g and did not flatten before baking. I subbed butter flavored Crisco for butter and added mini rolo's, milk chocolate chips and salted caramel chips. Mine went pretty flat despite not pressing them down but the taste is wow, wow, wow!

I do have a question, is my regular hand mixer good enough for the cookie dough? The dough looks tough.
This mixer makes the mixing easy, but I've done my chocolate chip cookie recipes using my hand mixer too, without any problem, try it out and see how it goes. At the end, you can always just switch over to a wooden spoon if you find it's a bit tough for your mixer to mix. The dough comes out to be perfect...but I always mess up while baking them, as I only have a microwave and not an oven...can u pls make a general video on the time and temperature settings while using a microwave for baking cakes, cookies and brownie....pls🙏🙏

Hi, love your recipes. Do you think I can store half the dough for baking later?
Hi Deepa ! *yes* you can ! I suggest rolling the dough out into a log... and then wrapping it in plastic wrap... if you wish to freeze the dough you can too. Then when you want fresh cookies, simply bring the dough roll out and cut little slices off ( coins ) and right onto your baking sheet and bake ! super easy to do ! - I do this all the time.

I tried this recipe. Let me just say, they turned out AMAZING. Just like SUBWAYS or HARDEES. They were crispy on the sides and soft, chewy in the middle. Tho I did changed the sugars according to my taste and I halved the given recipe but next time i make these, Ima make a full batch. Thank u so much sir. U r amazing. Keep it up.
