Oatmeal with almond milk instead of water, add chia seeds and cinnamon before cooking. Almonds butter, raisins and granola as a topping :))

I’ve never heard of anyone dipping their grilled cheese in ketchup lol!! Am I missing something??? We dip it in tomato soup here in the USA though.

Definitely keep posting regularly. :) Even though I’m still going to work, unlike many people who don’t get to do that, I appreciate having something to keep me occupied when I’m stuck at home during off time!! :) It’s not insensitive or anything!! It allows us to have a sense of normalcy and also kinda brings people together in a way. ♥️♥️
Omg my favorite oatmeal is half a cup of oatmeal with half (or whole) smashed banana cinnamon and then top it with natural peanut butter and walnuts!

I love watching your videos, it's nice to see another vegan who has a healthy relationship with food. For a while I was very restrictive and terrified of fats- I also lost my period for almost two years. But I'm now at a healthy weight and love sharing fun vegan food with people!

i think yes the vegan videos are simple but i genuinely really like them bc as a person recovering from things, it makes me remember to still be eating healthy and whole. also you have a really nice personality so i do really appreciate it all.

my faaavorite thing to do with my oatmeal is make the oats with cinnamon and cook some chopped up apples in a different pan with nutmeg and cinnamon till theyre soft, then i mix the cooked oats with greek yogurt and put the cooked apples on top of it! sooo good
i made the grilled veggie/tofu with rice from your last 'what i eat in a day' for my family a couple days ago and everyone loved it! where i'm from grilled cheese isn't really a thing but i'd definitely eat it with ketchup lol! stay safe and healthy x

oatmeal with banana and yogurt on top is like my favourite combo
My fav oatmeal lately is an apple carrot oatmeal. It’s basically carrot cake as a breakfast. I’ve also done a baked version which is equally as good.
-1 apple (depending on the size)
-quarter to a half a carrot (depending on the size), shredded
- ~40g of oats/half cup of oats (more or less)
- 300ml of liquid (i do half water half milk)
- cinnamon, nutmeg, whatever other spices
- maple syrup (or brown sugar)
optional: protein powder
toppings: hemp seeds, chia seeds, dried hazelnut milk pulp (or any nuts)
Cook up the apples and carrots in some water until soft, add the oats, spices, sweetener, and milk. Top it with toppings of choice.

Favourite oatmeal recipe:) 2/3 cup rolled oats 1 1/3 cup water microwave for 1:30 then let rest for 30 seconds and repeat. Then add 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup a chopped banana and 2-3 tablespoons natural peanut butter. Its amazing I eat it almost every morning. Hope you enjoy
Field roast Chao cheese is really good and it tastes good when it’s not melted!
My go to oatmeal: Oats (ofc), Maple Syrup, Brown Sugar, topped with coconut flakes

my favourite oatmeal recipe (overnight oats) is
- oats
- raw unsweetened cocoa powder
- bit of maple syrup
- some oat milk
- some water
- chia seeds
- flax seeds
and then for the toppings
- bit of sugar free granola
- 5 almonds
- frozen raspberries and blueberries
- some nut milk

I always do a berry oatmeal with banana. I’m def gonna try your oatmeal recipe bc it looks so good
First of all I live for these videos. Though I’m not vegan I always love to see new options for meals. The way I make grilled cheese is butter my pieces of bread first. I heat up the pan and put both slices of bread with the butter side up first and let it toast then flip it over and add cheeses and let it melt then I would put half of the sandwich on the other half then flip the whole sandwich and voila. Best mix of cheeses is Swiss and cheddar cheese 😍 sorry for the long comment lol I also love pasta 😋

In these quarantinetimes i have a lot of time on my hands and i have stuck to this (kinda over the top) oatmealrecipe:
- 1dl oats (i use the large rolled oats, not instant no thank u)
- 1dl milk of choice, it varies
- 1dl water
- half a banana OR half an apple, and i have the other half on top
- 1tbs peanutbutter
- 1tbs chiaseeds
- 1tbs sunflowerseeds
- 1tbs hempseeds (hemphearts?)
- 1tbs popped quinoa
- loads of cinnamon
- pinch of salt
and then i just cook it to my preffered consistancy that morning and top it with whatever i feel, usually the same as i put inside the oatmeal, just smaller amounts
this is life, trust me

I do overnight oats and I make them rlly thick
1/2 of oats
1/4 cup of milk
2/3 spoonful of cocoa powder
1/2 spoonful of peanut butter
Honey
Cinnamon
Shake refrigerate overnight or at least 5 hours

Oats with flax seed, cinnamon, and Pb. Pour a splash of almond milk to mix it in. The oatmeal should be thick. Then add frozen berries, bananas, and a bit of chopped apples if you like. I love to start my mornings with a lot of fruit. So good.

I love to have my oatmeal with banana, apple, blue berries, hazel nuts and Cinnamon.
If I make overnight oats I normally also use peanutbutter. I always use oatmilk, because almonds have a much higher impact on the environment.
i always do oatmeal with oat milk banana, almond butter, chia/hemp/flax seeds cinnamon and a lil agave 👌🏼
Had proats this morning: 1/2 cup oats, then 1/2 cup of almond milk and 1/2 cup water and cook it in the microwave and I had cut up apples that I had cooked in a pan with some sugar free syrup and spices days prior that I added in. Then I add a tablespoon of hemp seeds, a scoop of PEScience select protein which is amazing (Today I did Snickerdoodle flavor, I also love chocolate peanut butter cup and cake pop), then topped it with cinnamon and drizzled some natural chunky peanut butter on top 🤤 Perfection.
Also for grilled cheese I'd highly recommend using mayo instead of butter, I use olive oil mayo and it is super yummy
my oatmeal recipe is just oats with almond milk, lots of honey, almond butter, and strawberries!
So healthy for your young viewers to actually SEE that you eat what you made. Not a cursory bite. But really eating. I think Eating Disorder is not misdiagnosed, just plain ignored. I really liked your video, this helps to keep The Stigmas Out Of Eating.
My fav porridge (UK babes) is - oats cooked with chia seeds, flax seeds and chocolate almond milk. Topped with banana and peanut butter 😋

I make oats that taste like a banana bread blueberry muffin:
Almond milk
Oats
Collagen powder
Almond butter (put in before you heat)
Blueberries (put in before you heat)
& mash up half a banana to put in after.
SOOO GOOD!
My fav oatmeal is oats+water+tbsp of peanut butter/tahini+agave+chia seeds. Love it, it's sooo filling and I don't "waste" plant milk to make it(plant milk is super expensive where I live).

During the weekend sometimes I like to cook my oatmeal with cocoa powder and cinnamon, and then i put like a spoonful of Nutella on top and I SWEAR it's the best and most indulgent oatmeal combo ever !!

my fav oatmeal combo is oatmeal, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and chocolate chips. It literally tastes like chocolate covered fruit and it’s amazing
I do stovetop oatmeal, 3/4 cup of quickoats, 1 cup of soymilk, 1 cup of water, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/2 cup of blueberries, a small hand of raisins. My absolute favorite one!
My fav oat meal is oats and yogurt and raisins. Then after it sits in fridge for some time i put cherries and orange on top :).
i love to make this with fyh pepper jack cheese and then i make a vegan cilantro lime sour cream (tofutti sour cream, lime juice, salt, freshly chopped cilantro) and dip my grilled cheese in that. the sour cream adds a bit of freshness and tang!

Try cooking 2 tbsp quinoa on medium high in one cup of water until it sprouts.
When it sprouts, add 1 cup or 1/2 cup oats depending on how much you want.
I add also
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
2 dates chopped and pitted
1\4 of an apple preperably (honeycrisps) :)
1 tbsp PB/Almond butter
Half a banana
Smoothie?

My oatmeal: I use oat milk instead of water. I put the crunchy biscoff spread AND crunchy peanut butter (heat it up in the microwave and mix it)! Pour the mixture on your oatmeal and put a banana on top. (If I feel fancy I caramelize the banana in a pan)

my oatmeal toppings change a lot, but the constants every time are tablespoon each of chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, and ground flax seeds. adds lots of nutrients :-)

the place I work at does a vegan cinnamon berry oatmeal that’s amazing!! oat milk & oats, blueberries & blackberries with cinnamon and agave syrup!! I feel like it would be really good with chia seeds too

I love making quick oats on the stove! I cook them in unsweetened coconut or almond milk, and mix in raw cacao and maple syrup! My toppings are cacao nibs and unsweetened coconut flakes 🤤🤤
