OG RECIPE ‣
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1/4 cup vegan butter
1 cup white sugar
2 flax “eggs”
3-4 bananas
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
Cream butter + sugar first, then add the rest of ingredients. Mix well and transfer to a greased loaf pan. Bake for 40-50 mins
JACLYN’S RECIPE ‣

Dash of vanilla
Healthy handful of chocolate (lindt dark swiss chocolate worked amazing!!)

Yes chef! Will be making this ASAP! Also little tip for your brown sugar: put a slightly wet towel inside your bag for about a day and it should give the sugar most of its moisture back!

Easy tip : when your brown sugar turns hard and you cant scoop it, place it in a sealable container with an end slice of bread, seal it and the moisture from the bread will rehydrate the sugar

I just made banana bread last night! You don’t have to use a flax “egg” at all if you don’t have flax seed. Just a little coconut oil & a little extra baking powder :)

Great recipe! Literally the best vegan banana bread that I've ever made but I think 40 mins of baking is a bit too much so i let it bake for about 30-35 mins! ❣️🙌🏼

Hot tip: place parchment paper in the pan so it hangs over the two longest sides. When it’s done cooking, you can just lift it out of of the pan!

I made it but it came outs soft from the inside, ( the middle) the edges where brown. should I lower the temp and cook it longer next time?

Hey Chef! one way you could make your brown sugar softer if by putting it in a container with a piece of bread. The gluten in the bread should absorb the crystallized molasses! :)

You can soften the brown sugar overnight by putting a slice of bread into the bag and keep it closed. Your sugar will be like new!
