Entomatadas
- 1 Can of unripe jackfruit in water ( I got mine from Trader Joes)
- 1/3 Cup of chopped onions
- 1 TSP of oil (optional)
- 1 to 2 TSP of liquid smoke
- 1/2 TSP of onion powder
- Pepper to taste
- 1 TSP of Tamari sauce or soy sauce
- 1/2 TSP Cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/2 TSP Oregano
- 1/2 TSP Basil
- 7 to 10 Corn Tortillas
Sauce:
- 1/3 cup of onions
- 2 Tomatoes
- Lime juice to taste
- Salt and pepper if you wish.
