This is all I know. I went keto last September, full on carnivore in December. 50 lbs fell off. Lots of little chronic conditions disappeared. Plus my anxiety and brain fog vanished. I used to worry about getting enough protein right after my workout and take athletic greens every day, probiotics etc, ; no more. It’s all there already eating meat. I still use stevia in my coffee with heavy whipping cream, and one meal a day. Dinner. I have never felt this great. Ever. That’s all the study I need. The search is over for the perfect diet that doesn’t leave me binging all weekend. I have the holy grail. And I’m keeping it 😎

@@andrijab.pavlovic988 This is normal keto flu symptoms, it will take some time for the body to switch fuels. Make sure you take lots of salt initially and eat until you are comfortably full (A LOT).
Main thing is you have to push through this stage (3 or 4 weeks for most people) but once you do push through you will sure as hell notice it! 😉
Do not give in to the cravings... they WILL come...

@@andrijab.pavlovic988 SLP is right. Sugar is a drug, comparable to street drugs as an addiction as well as something that changes your brain function. Electrolytes every day. LMNT is a good one, or you can google the ingredients and make it daily, dirt cheap. Coming off sugar, or cigarettes for that matter, your brain and gut have to change gears and switch from getting energy from sugar, to getting it from fat (ketones) a short transition period. Oxylate release and dump from built up carb intake is real as well. YOU GOTTA STICK IT OUT. Good news? You will not believe how damn good you feel in 2-3 weeks and will never go back when you get there. It’s literally impossible to feel this good, and consider throwing it away for a (false) sugar high. Don’t give up, we’re all rooting for you!

Will Kellogg caused more damage than his brother did, John came up with the cereals but it was his brother Will who created and ran the Kellogg's company. Will worked at John's sanatorium for years and wanted to commercialize the product but John kept refusing. John wanted to keep it specifically for his patients. When the sanatorium burned down, Will gave his brother money to rebuild in exchange for the cereal recipes and the rest is history. Years later John tried to sue Will over this but Will won. Fun fact: C.W. Post was a patient at the sanatorium briefly for stomach problems. He stole their recipes and started a competing company. Post Grape Nuts was his first cereal. Kellogg and Post fought it out for years until Post's stomach issues returned and he offed himself because he thought he was dying of stomach cancer.

I’ve heard of peanut allergies, but not pork chops, steak, or chicken allergies. The Bible tells of animal sacrifices on the altar, but never mentioned vegetables being sacrificed on the altar. All I actually know, for sure, from my experience, is that the carnivore lifestyle, works for me! I’m pretty much confined to my recliner, being a disabled veteran, and am not able to run around for exercise, but I have lost 45 pounds, since August 8, 2023. The reason carnivore didn’t take is Money, sugar/carb addiction, and population growth. Humanity would be like locusts in a grain field to other animals if we only ate meat, though when we only eat meat we tend to eat less often. We make the mistake in terms of personal survival by eating far too many carbs, which are inflammatory and addictive. Carb addiction may actually be natures way of reducing our lifespan and numbers. I’ve lost 60 lbs on Ketovore over the last 9 months and I’m about to go full carnivore to reach my goal of 190 lbs or less at age 68. Only 22 lbs to go but I will be working out to build more muscle mass.

Problem is I was a very low fat, high carb, supposedly healthy processed food along with supposedly healthy vegetable oil and supposedly healthy vegetable oil vegetarian and occasional pescatarian for under 2 decades… wrecked my gut and now after initial success with minor hiccups with dirty and clean keto I now am thriving and feeling great with pure high fat carnivore except for apple cider and virgin coconut oil if I can’t get butter or animal fat. Last I gave up was coffee.
It has been studied that natures predators also benefit from carbs in the form of the partially digested fruits, greens, as well as the gut enzymes and bacteria of their prey. As such if it were not for my compromised metabolic gut health I would add a little fruit and select veggies to my diet. I do occasionally like once or twice a year in just small amounts and it seems ok. As for
Seed oils and processed flavor enhancers and preservatives, if I eat a serving of meat cooked or prepared
With them, I feel the inflammation the next day or 2.😳

Scientists put a lot of faith in epidemiological research (to confirm existing ideas), but almost all of it can be rejected by the simple fact that the studied populations do not include carnivores. A good scientist, on the other hand, tries to falsify existing theories and anecdotal evidence can help with that, so I don't understand where the stigma on anecdotal evidence comes from.
