- Hey guys, thanks for watching. Not sure who reads these but I appreciate you. In this video we go shopping in Bacchus Marsh and Melton. It was a lesson in patience that is for sure. So hard to find stuff to sell!!! Also at the end of the video I address an incident that happened in the Vinnies at Melton. I'll try to link to the video but I'm always going to call out bad behaviour. I know some resellers get upset with me for calling this stuff out but at the end of the day we all need to be better people and just effing love each other. If we all did this the world would be such a rad place.

I do some volunteer work and I’ve had fellow workers tell me they are keeping an eye on certain people who could be stealing stock, people who’ve come into the store, these people are obviously sleeping rough and living in difficult circumstances, generally doing things tough in life, and to hear that it makes me so mad and I feel so disappointed how they can look down on others like that, it’s horrible. Thanks for mentioning that situation in this video Uncle. Enjoying your vlogs.👍

That Law and Order box set has been sitting there for about 3 months. It is a very expensive Shop also.

I have noticed one of my local op shops price on par with ebay. It's supposed to be stores for better opportunities. The pricing is unfair.
I give up on thrift shops, getting more stuff on free outside house clean up days, I do can recycling so I get around and find some relics , sometimes nothing for weeks, then you will get a feast, best part is for free and I always sell cheap
Nightmare dolls sell well. You need to include a story about the doll's background. Give it a name and how to take care of it. Maybe a little history of the doll's travels. I hate the neatening up of these stores.
Another entertaining video, I enjoy them and they put me in a great mood. The colour coding of that op shop actually made me feel sick just looking at it. I’d have to leave. I’m on a disability pension and I do look in the op shops and on market place for things for myself so I’m on a budget. Vinnies and Salvos are pricing themselves out of business in my opinion. I’m wanting to supplement my pension so I’m looking for things to resell too so I’m also learning from your videos too. Thank you for that.

There is a setting on your camera somewhere for fluorescent lighting to stop the flickering.

Melton's op shops are insane with their prices. The MS one you went to is good but the others, I avoid. Did you go to the Bacchus Hospital op shop? I know they were closed last week but they are a great op shop.
I agree re: colour coded books. Does my head in. Just put them in damn alphabetical order by author's names!
Especially the ones by Tory Favro (now on Amazon) lol

op shop's are a joke these days!!! i went into a vinnies the other day looking for a cheap paint desk, they had one that was beaten up and covered in texta and scratches/also chunks missing from it, i thought "perfect!" its gotta be cheap, it was the same desk thats in the cheapy shop around the corner brand new for $80. Vinnies had $140 on it!!!!! 🤣🤣🤣i asked the lady(very politely) at the counter and showed her that it's brand new price from 'omg' is $80 and she just snarled at me and said 'well go there then!!!' 😆i think its over for me and vinnies🤣😂

Melton is a hole. I've stopped there for lunch a few times and every time someone was getting arrested at maccas or KFC
