    Hello Chef
Just made this for my family tonight. Really enjoyed it not really used beef in curry before usually mutton or lamb but it really worked very impressed thanks Din 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

In the early days Indian restaurants would always sell beef a there meat until it got expensive and they changed to lamb and mutton!! Curry works well with any meat, even pigeon!!

This is delicious. I have just finished cooking. I used cilantro leaves...just a bit. Very tasty dish. I think next time, the only change i will make is to blend the first lot of tomatoes.

@@ravirro hi I’m glad you enjoyed my recipe, the key to get a smooth sauce is keep stirring specially when you add meat ,the meat will act like a grinder and you will get a smooth sauce! Add fresh coriander is fine you can fry roast 1/2 Tsp of whole cumin seeds in a frying pan for a few minutes then sprinkle on top before you serve! The aroma is divine! Remember to spread the word!
