Millions of people have to sit around in their leisure time, no games, PC or otherwise. Enjoy it and the Ultra graphics settings with only a $150 GPU. Don't worry about it
@@anSealgair I'm waiting in the mail for a ryzen 5 2600 with Rx580,will that suffice?I'm worried about reading this single core thing with Starcraft 2..cuz that's what I wanted to play
The Doctor I don't know about Starcraft 2 but AoE2DE is great on Ultra settings plus Vsync, no lag at all with my Gigabyte RX570. - and Core i5 4670 from 2013.
Thanks for the video SOTL! With this update you can redo all your previous videos, looking forward to it! :)
I wish they would do something for Age of Mythology too. They pretty much forgot the game.
They *did* release EE with the Chinese, but it was kinda just tacked on
Yeah that game was awesome. Back in the day I enjoyed it more than AOE2, but its graphics haven't aged so gracefully. I know they released an extended edition with the Chinese in it, but it just didn't feel right.
Chinese one was a disaster to be honest
that remaster is completely fucked.
Chinese didn't look as great as the others though, idea was great but the buildings look less detailed. An DE upgrade could fix that though.
I think they should add the Romans in an expansion. Celts or Aztecs could work too.
Love it when Spirit is sitting on 3k wood and he is basically ignoring the ai begging him for it
They should add a farm practice mode.
Well, there's still the editor for that :)
Farm practice? Did you play those missions in Age of Empires Online? 111111111
Still wouldn't help t90 of course
Love it! Gonna need some balancing for all those new rush strats that will dominate the AOE2DE matches for the near future!
What happen if you convert a Konnik with Heresy?
The horse dies in protest of the enemy religion.
i would imagine the horse dies and the dismounted konnik will survive while keeping his original faith.
The horse dies, but the horseman becomes disillusioned with his own faith

@@Salvothegamer thats without heresy
This looks goood! And as always your voice is just oh so smooth 😩
wait a minute, viper uploaded an overview and now spirit just uploaded a gameplay...
wtf is this, opposite day?
"bamboo in Arabia" bruh... had me in stitches for the whole video :)
08:02 His ally: YOINK
Well played sir. Was fun to watch.
7:31 moon walking confirmed
WALKING IN THE 90S
8:04 The AI even lamed him! Totally ruthless.
Around 20:40, by placing many Houses, your vills just say: "yeet, yeet, yeet, yeet, yeet" Love it
As a bulgarian I'm stoked about this. :) Krepost means Fortress basically , and Konnik means Cavalry, (horseman).
The DE is so PRETTY the animations are so much more fluid and the sprites just look so much better.
Is this sarcasm?
@@Jacks_Suffocating_Nihilism No. It looks so much better than AoE 2 HD. They really put a lot of work into it.
Wow, the game has improved alot, looks alot of fun. It was my favorite game back then.
Also, I love your chinese red ally😂😂 "wood please" 😂
They should have put SOTL intro music into AOE2:DE instead of their intro music 🙃
I'm looking forward to playing this soon! I've been having fun playing and learning AoE2 HD! ^^
They figured that market placement already out in Age of Mythology - Extended Edition. Cannot really remember if it also was in the classic verion as well.
The old AI would put there market inside the city walls and than build a big army and surround the market blocking my caravans. And they would just stand there not attacking the other enemies, the AI allies were terrible in the older version
Yes, original AOM also had it if I recall correctly.
Dam looks and feels so smooth!
krepost means fortress
konnik means horseman
I had promised my self to see the game for the first time when I'll play it... But... well... since it is you... I couldn't resist!
i see lots of age of mythologie influences
like that timeline at the end
Nice play, mate, the game looks smooth af.
And they may buff the japanese Vietnamese btw
As opposed to the non-Japanese Vietnamese?
Do u think Malay with champion or Goth (. With unique techs)
I've been in the beta for a few weeks now. Very excited for the full release!
